2 very professional technicians came to install our new dishwasher. They called ahead and confirmed the arrival time, showed up on time and did an excellent job. They were very thorough from unpacking to installation to testing the unit and they cleaned up their mess and removed all packing materials. Very easy and efficient and I didn't need to miss much work that morning. Keep up the good work.

On time, quick removal of old unit, and flawless installation. Tested appliance and made an easy repair of installing the second water spinner that was not properly attached from the manufacturer within seconds. Tidy and professional and ON TIME!!! Will continue to purchase appliances without worry from Best Buy.

The techs were great. They were able to remove the old dishwasher which was difficult with older copper lines limiting removal. They were able to install a newer flexible line and the dishwasher with no problems at all.

The installer was very efficient and quick. He showed me the dishwasher functions and how to use it, could not have asked for a better experience!

I've always loved Bosch because it's quiet. My kitchen is the heart of my home, which is a totally open concept. A quiet dishwasher is imperative, but often the tradeoff was wet dishes. This model offers a novel drying component, so I can have quiet and dry dishes together. Wunderbar!

Best Buy has gotten too big for their britches as my father would say. When you call for service be prepared to jump through numerous hoops just to state your issue! Which is a level of stress all it's own. I purchased a dishwasher back in July "24 and after each use I noticed a awful smell, well the dirty water wasn't draining out completely. I call Best Buy and after 30 plus minutes Im able to reach a human only to be told that its still under the manufacturer warranty so call them instead. Wow, some customer service. So I do just that, their service representative comes out and in less then 5 minutes tells me my water line was installed incorrectly by Best Buy and they ( manufacturer) does not do corrections on installs . Back to call BB and playing the phone game....finally I convince a representative to send out someone. They come and run a cycle adjust the door and ask to use my bathroom???? And then they were gone. BUT, get this, THEY reported that the problem wasn't corrected themselves. As a result BB called me back saying that they would have someone else come out. The last individual was extremely professional (no bathroom breaks) :) took the dishwasher apart, readjusted the water line, ran several cycles to correct the problem. Every service repairman should be this precise. This has been a nightmare all because I wanted to upgrade to stainless steel my old white appliances worked FINE now im paying the price in more ways than one just for the newest trend I get a free headache.

Very happy with the delivery and installation, polite, detailed, conscientious . When we discovered that my old DW had been leaking and caused some damage they gave me good advice to allow the area to dry out and they would come back! Appreciated that

Installation of our new dishwasher went well. Technicians showed up on time and wa very courteous and professional.

The installers that came to install my dishwasher were WONDERFUL! They were knowledgeable and removed the old unit and installed the new unit very quickly!! They were professional, took care of my hardwood floors and cleaned their area when they were done. The dishwasher is fine but the service was exceptional! Thank you Simon!

The gentlemen who performed the installation were knowledgeable and professional. Since I have old copper pipes they suggested I use a plumber for the final hook-up, but did all the up-front work. The plumber was pleasantly surprised with what they had done and was able to compete his part quickly and easily.

I was a bit skeptical about calling Best Buy to install my dishwasher as I never called them before. I have however had Best Buy install my car audio for well over a decade and never had a problem so I figured I could give them a try. I was right! The technician called the night before to verify the appointment time, address, and if there was anything limiting access to the property, kitchen, etc. The next day he showed up on time with everything he needed, and the one thing he did not need; the dishwasher installation kit. The person that took the reservation for the appointment asked if I had the kit, and I said I did not. So, I told him that I would buy it. In fact, I bought it online on the Best Buy website while he was taking my information!! The installation went smooth as I hoped and afterwards the technician went over the various stages of the install and then the functions of the dishwasher. He also went over the manufacturers warranty and mention I could purchase the extended warranty that Best Buy offers too. For those who may have this question; YES, he did take the old dishwasher away! Overall, once again, a GREAT Best Buy experience! One last thing, I bought the dishwasher from Best Buy and it was an Open Box unit. So I thought I'd mention that the dishwasher, the installation kit, and the installation DID NOT cost near the price of the dishwasher if it was new! So I saved a few bucks this way

Can't hear it running. Instsallation was execellent and free. Holds many dishes. Love it.

The dishwasher was installed promptly and issued about its installation were professionally addressed.
