I’m giving this a 2 star because at least the installers were nice and came back when I noticed water leaking during a wash cycle. That being said, during installation they said they were finished. But there wasn’t any trims installed that came with my dishwasher, so I had to order replacement directly from GE. Then, I noticed the dishwasher was severely unlevel. The installer said “no your cabinets aren’t level.” I work in construction and found it strange someone would claim my cabinets weren’t level. I have a leveler magnetized to my fridge and grabbed that to show that my cabinets were perfectly level. Then they had to pull the unit out and re-level and try again. This time it was better, but it was still not perfectly level. Then I noticed that my dishwasher display was completely destroyed. They claim it was one of the cabinet nails that was sticking out, which could be true, but they should have checked for those before jamming the dishwasher in. With the damage and issues, they agreed to open a case with Bestbuy to get me a replacement dishwasher. At the end, when I ran a test cycle, water was leaking in my cabinets from the connections.

They installed my dishwasher flawlessly. Professional, friendly, fast but ensured it was done right without any damage to my floors. Well done!

The guy called me twice to ensure I am at home.. he came and did the installation and took the old dishwasher.. he was nice and ensured that the dishwasher is running by testing it and checked if there is any leaks.. I was happy with his service.

I purchased a Whirlpool Dishwasher and the Installers did an incredible job! They were professional, on time, neat and clean. The were able to install it flush with the cabinets allowing me easy access to the adjacent cabinetry. Absolutely the best.

The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was doing throughout the installation of the dishwasher. Thank you!

The crew that delivered and installed and hauled off the old one were amazing. They communicated with me before the delivery several times and called me when they were blocks away. Very professional and polite and knowledgeable.

The installers were on time. Cleaned up, installed dw with expertise. Kept me updated the whole time.

Most awful install ever! Had to reinstall correctly the next day. We have purchased many items over the years from Best Buy; it is a shame that they have a third party do the installation. The gentlemen that came out arrived an hour and fifteen minutes after the already 6 hour delivery window. The removal of the old dishwasher was fine. They needed to borrow towels and a bucket. Not a big deal. They placed the new one in and told me they were finished. They were running an express wash to make sure it worked. The dishwasher was sitting an inch and a half below the counter height and sticking out about the same. They said that is how it fit and asked me to sign. When asked to see if it could be moved back more, the one gentleman tried to push it back and I noticed that he had screwed it in place because the screw was in front of the cabinet face, not in the side. See picture. So he was trying to move a screwed in appliance. I asked him to remove the screws, so he turned off and opened the dishwasher. Inside were the now soaked paper energy tag, the package of Cascade samples, warranty card, other paper work, styrofoam packing pieces and other materials. Seriously!?! At this point, I was so disgusted with their inability to level the dishwasher, let alone empty it of contents that could damage the new appliance and our plumbing, I signed for the appliance and sent them on their way. We spent about 2 hours the next day, leveling the appliance and moving it into the space. We needed to straighten the brackets that secure it to the cabinet and rearrange all the insulation that normally surrounds the appliance, but was all jammed behind it. It fit it the space perfectly, but being we paid for installation and had to do it correctly ourselves, was extremely frustrating. I would recommend Best Buy for the friendly staff and competitive prices, but discourage anyone from paying for this horrible third-party install.

Dishwasher Install Warranty replacement. Samsung stood behind their warranty. Best But stood behind Samsumg.

The handymen called before arrival, were prompt and installed my dish washer then showed me how to operate. I was very happy with their work and professionalism.

Our tech’s name was Jaylan and he is a very knowledgeable and hard working young man. I would recommend him and the Best Buy services to anyone.

Can I give zero stars? We like our dishwasher. The dishwasher installation was HORRIBLE. They use Premier Logistics and they are very poor. The original guy who came out seemed to care and be knowledgeable so he told us we could request him back for the install. We did. They sent a different team who weren’t friendly, complained, were not careful, and didn’t care. From hooking the plastic extension hose on outside and then dragging it across the concrete to bring it in, to not getting the dishwasher even so the rubber sticks out on one side, to complaining about having to reach back to undo the old extension line and then putting the new one on with trapped slack taking up an entire cabinet shelf that was accessible before and leaving no slack under the sink (where the slack should have been moved and draped around like before) so that the hose was laying against the hot tap water heater so we had to install a hook (circled in red on photo) ourselves to hold it up when they left; we thought the install was poor and unprofessional and gave a pretty poor review on the survey they sent us. We were prepared for that to be the end of the story. It wasn’t. They called about the survey yesterday and THEY asked for the opportunity to make it right by sending out the team we had originally requested to fix the problems. We agreed and made everything ready for them. It was a no show. After 4 hours of waiting, we called to find out they never set us up. After 5 minutes on hold with the lady (Rita I think) who had messed up the request, I finally hung up. Then a different guy from there calls back and said “someone” could come out in another 2 hours. It wouldn’t be the team we requested and he couldn’t even say who it would be. No thank you. They requested the chance to make it better. They made it worse by making us wait 1/2 a day for a no show. We’ll never but again if they are the installers.

It was good. They were on time and very polite and informative.

Installed quickly and efficiently, respectful of home and property. My old unit took three installations to get it right, 7 years ago, with a different company. Based on my experience, I would definitely purchase from Best Buy again.

The crew was careful, dishwasher fit well into the space, there was a slight tilt backwards noted, we asked the crew if they could level it better so it appeared flush with the cabinets we were told it had to be this way so water could not leak. When we applied a level it was obvious that the dishwasher was slightly tilted to the back.

Quick install. The guys were really nice and minded all my possessions. Even offered time for me to clean behind my product before installing

Installer communicated throughout the scheduling/re-scheduling. It didn’t take long to install. He humored my conversation as well as my tweaking the leveling and moving the dishwasher as much as possible.

The geek squad did an excellent job educating me on the product, were pleasant to work with, and were efficient in their work! Great job!!! Minor issue w/ SS finish on dishwasher, but BB is fixing it.

Installers were in and out of my house and seconds I’ve never seen uninstalled and installed so quickly. It was almost a blur.
