The time between my dishwasher being purchased and installed was 39 days! Apparently, no one has thought to ask during purchase if the dishwasher is right next to the sink. I purchased a stove at the same time, and it was installed very timely. The dishwasher was supposed to be installed then too, but when they took it off the truck they found it looked like it had been dropped from some height. Couldn't someone have noticed that before? So at the second attempt to install, after traipsing through my entire house (when I specifically asked them to come through the back door) with snow, salt and dirt on their boots and the dolly wheels, with one look at my kitchen the guy says he cant install it because I need an extension kit because the dishwasher isn't located right next to the sink! Again, couldn't the guys that brought the stove and the first dishwasher notice that?! The third attempt went great, and the guy that come alone gave me much more confidence in his competency that the other two duos that showed up. And for all of my hassle waiting and dealing with this (and waiting at home during the "window" of time three times), all Best Buy could do to compensate me was give me a $50 Best Buy gift card! Not sure I would use them again. I think it's better to pay more and go through a small local business that hires their own installers.

good delivery to home, pleasant installers, there was some confusion as to how to install unit, had to remove some base woodwork before installer could perform installation Also, installers boss has some requirement to have GFI which is NOT code required.

It works great and is much quieter than our old one.

I was extremely impressed with the installation service I received for my dishwasher from the Best Buy installation people. They were professional, installed the dishwasher perfectly, THE FIRST TIME. That is really an important part of installation. Have used Sears for the same before and have had to call them back. Never again! Best Buy is really getting better every day. It's worth paying for the installation to make sure your product is installed correctly, and quickly, the first time around.

Carlos and his crew did a very professional job. They were in and out within the hour. That is disconnecting my old dishwasher and installing the new one.

Installers contacted me to schedule installation and arrived exactly on schedule. Experienced installation team carefully removed the old appliance and installed the new dishwasher. Installer started the diswasher to verify it was working well, then cleaned up everything before leaving.

These 2 gentlemen were professional, efficient, and did a great job. They made sure the area was prepped for the install and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished.

We bought this unit mostly because it was the only one available with the finish we were looking for. However, it has some nice features and it is really really quiet. HOWEVER, the one thing I don't like is the door opens automatically when the cycle ends. The manual says this is to help in the drying of the plates, but I don't think this is a good idea since we usually run the machine at night and not used to having the door open all night.

I love my Whirlpool dishwasher. It is so quiet that I pressed my ear to it to hear if it was running. The only down part is it takes 3 1/2 hours! Actually, it doesn't bother me, as I turn it on when I go to bed.

The third party dishwasher installers were courteous and efficient and the dishwasher has been operating properly for two months since the installation.

The installation process from best buy was much better than what I had expected. Overall installation, demo and haul away process took 30 mins. The team of two were cautious of not chipping any furniture/door/walls and also not scratching the floors. They gave us a 30 mins heads up before coming in so that we could clear out the under-sink area. Thanks best buy!

The two young men who came to install our Bosch 500 dishwasher were very nice men. They carried the new dishwasher in, carried the old dishwasher out, and did a good job of installing the new one. Couldn't have had a better couple of installers.

The installers that came were called Those Guyz. they were amazing. They were on time and friendly. When my dishwasher caught on fire after 10 minutes, they were the only ones I could get in touch with. (best Buy has about a 1 hour phone process to talk to a human.) The installers answered my call, they got in touch with Best Buy and made them call me since it was a bad product. They called to check up on me. They installed the replacement dishwasher and stayed to run it to make sure there wasn't a fire on this one too. They care more about Best Buys customers than Best Buy does

The dishwasher installer was very professional and did outstanding work. It didn't take him long at all to install the device.

I looked a long time at dishwashers and their features before purchasing the Maytag dishwasher on 1/8/20. It could not be delivered and installed however before 2/1/20 so I have only had 3 weeks to use it. The installer, who has been to our house before, was as usual very friendly and efficient. So far every feature of the dishwasher works as I had hoped. Cosmetically it adds to the look of my kitchen.

Excellent seemless install by a very professional installer. Very impressed. Dishwasher instructions and testing gave me all I needed to be confident in my new Bosch dishwasher.
