THIS time it was as expected. However the only reason we got a new dishwasher installed was because the previous Best Buy installer had either broken the adjustment legs or installed one that already had broken adjustment legs so it could not be leveled and raised to the countertop level. The new crew brought in the replacement machine and quickly installed it properly after removing the original installation with the broken adjustment legs.

We received the dishwasher with a defective door. It didnt close properly and water leaked from the bottom. But it was replaced with a new one next week. My request would be that dishwashers should be run once to make sure if there is any leakage during installation.

The dishwasher received was installed with a huge dent in the door. They said they would replace. They replace with another dishwasher with a huge dent larger then the first one. Again they said they would replace. By then I only wanted a refund. Customer service was like a nightmare. They would tell me that they would have a supervisor call me back. But I would call them after not hearing from anyone and would have to explain all over again about the situation. This continue for about a month. I finally had to go onto a local Best Buy and spoke to the manager who handle the situation. Never purchase online appliance again from Best Buy.

The team that uninstalled our dishwasher was so much better than the 2 guys who initially installed it. A corner of the dishwasher was damaged, but I didn't notice it until the plastic wrapping came off (after dishwasher was already installed). Then I noticed the guys hadn't pushed the dishwasher as far back as it should have gone, so it stuck out too far. Good thing I had to order a new replacement, because the original install was not done properly. They were lazy and drilled holes thru my cabinets vs. anchoring the unit to the underside of the counter top. You have to stay on top of these 3rd party installers to watch every move if you want the job done right. Many thanks to the new team who came to uninstall the damaged dishwasher. They were very professional and did the job correctly. Love our new Kitchenaid dishwasher. It's so quiet and does an excellent job of cleaning/drying the dishes.

My installer also removed the machine that was not proper. He was awesome in both the install of the new replacement machine, and removing the new machine that just could not stay Together (LG was that brand).

Installation was fine except final setup missed reinserting drain pipe form osmosis system back into drain pipe. Result was water all over cupboard floor (no problem) which eventually spilled into oak hardwood flooring in kitchen which caused damage to flooring (wood expansion of flooding seams) which needs refinishing.

Great geek squad customer service. I had purchased a dishwasher from Best buy and had geek squad install it and hook it up perfectly. I was not satisfied with the particular dishwasher so it's what came and changed it out with a better quality and no additional cost. Thank you geek squad for all your hard-working and great customer service. Everyone should know about the geek squad premium services. You would be pleasantly surprised with a great experience.

Bosch warranty service repair person misdiagnosed new dishwasher as having failed drain pump instead of incorrectly installed drain hose with check valve. So, I returned the unit within 10 days for a refund. Drain hose was installed per BB 3rd party installer instructions. The BB installer refused to install the unit when it was delivered stating the drain hose was too long and instructed me to remove one hose and reverse the hose with the check valve. I ordered a 2nd unit which had the same E24 error code. This time the problem was correctly diagnosed. Not much to review for uninstall. I uninstalled the dishwasher before BB pckup and had it waiting at the front door for pickup. Pickup arrived on time.

I purchased a dishwasher at the Rapid City Best Buy (which i love!) and after some issues with the ordering, a couple of the managers at the store did an excellent job of figuring out the problem, resolving it in a timely manner, and getting the install scheduled. I’d had some issues with another store trying to order a dishwasher, so that is why I went to Best Buy. I’m so glad I did. I will certainly work with them again.

Had a broken new dishwasher, and they did a great job of swapping it out!

We had a defective out of the box dishwasher purchased through Best Buy and the crew that installed it left us with it, knowing it didn't work at all. So we returned it via Best Buy and the second crew was outstanding. They took the returned dishwasher with them along with the box and packing materials for the new one. They took the time to make sure the new washer functioned properly. They installed the new one level and in line with my countertops. A crew that obviously takes pride in their work.

The Bosch 100 Series Model SHE3AR72UC dishwasher was installed just a week ago but so far, so good! It functions as it should, cleans and dries dishes well, looks great with simple lines and a neat control panel, and the price was reasonable. The Bosch replaces a different brand (purchased in Nov. 2020) which malfunctioned in less than two months - the service was so poor for that brand that I filed a complaint to have it removed and my money refunded. This is my first Bosch appliance - I saw that it had received a top customer rating from Consumer Reports. If it continues to work well, I will buy other Bosch products when I update appliances. I like the quality, the design, and the value.

Purchased Kitchen Aid Dishwasher online, when it was installed, the door began leaking during the first cycle. Best Buy exchanged it out without question. Second unit works great! Cleans all of the dishes really well, even those with food still stuck to them. It dries very hot, still have some water that sits on tops of select glasses.

The bottom drawer drags on floor. There were 2 guys so install was faster. But they didn't pull out bottom drawer so we didn't know there was an issue until after they left.

Works good. Not use to the 4 hour full eco dry but dishes and plastic items dying well. Thank you Best Buy for exchanging the unit, same model, which was not drying and lots of water on all dishes. Great customer service. I will continue to purchase my appliances with Best Buy due to their selections and customer service.

The technicians uninstalled at the time booked and moved the dishwasher to the garage. The silly part of the whole thing was that I had to wait for another group to bring the new dishwasher and take the replaced one, seems it would have been easier to have done it in one trip with the same group uninstalling and installing.

The eventual installation went well, although the initial replacement unit had the same permanent fault code as the one it was replacing and the second replacement had a very large dent in the door. So it took several weeks longer than it probably should have.

Rafael Boroquez was incredibly helpful and highly skilled. He removed the first dishwasher that was damaged in installation (Rafael was not the initial installer) and competently installed this new dishwasher in short order. Rafael was the repair person who came to fix the first dishwasher so it would work. He discovered that the previous installation crew failed to level the dishwasher and install an outlet for the electrical plug. Rafael did both so that the dishwasher would work while we waited for a new one since the crew damaged the first dishwasher by removing the overflow tray and some insulation.
