Dear Customer Service Staff, On Thanksgiving sales, I have ordered complete Samsung Kitchen Appliances Suite for $4000 and scheduled for delivery on Dec 30. And it tool six installation visit to fulfill the installation last week. It was lot of frustration, dissatisfaction, stress and monetary loss. During the first visit, the refrigerator was installed. They haul away the old Dishwasher and Range. And when installing the new dishwasher, the realized it was broken. The damaged the old dishwasher while hauling away hence we are without dishwasher. The put the damaged range and mentioned in a week time a new one would be installed. During this process, the installed the gas line in a way it had minor leak which we were concerned and not using it. And while trying to reinstall the dishwasher, the twisted the disposal and made it to leak under the sink. We were living with it hoping it would be rectified in a week time. On the second visit after a week, range was replaced, but the dishwasher they brought was damaged again and they had to take it back. So, we are again without dishwasher doing dishes with hands. On the third visit, the installation team came in and mentioned, whoever did first time they should not have did it that way. And new outlet and heat water valve needs to be installed and spot $300 is required. I had to reschedule to take care of that. On the fourth visit, the installed the dishwasher with new outlet and replaced the heat water valve. During this process, they broke the cold water line and made it to leak under the sink. We had to drain every time we use the sink. On top of that, the dishwasher is not working and staging water under with error code ‘OC’. The installation team noticed this and asked us to run full cycle again. We had to manually remove the water from dishwasher using towel and restart. Again it staged water with error code ‘OC’. We are not able to use the dishwasher and in addition the sink is leaking which we have to drain using towel everytime. On the fifth visit, it was assigned to the same team that came on fourth. They did not come inside house, just called and mentioned the dishwasher needs to be replaced. This is the most frustrating part of it because, they are the one installed and noticed this before they leave and this time mentioning about replacement as they knew it already. They could have done this in their previous visit. On the sixth visit, the fixed the dishwasher and make it work Jan 29th. When I was requesting compensation, I was told they can process for the amount of $175. Which I see is undervalued and unfair for what I underwent because of below reasons: 1. It took 6 visits to complete the installation. I had to take time off each time around 2 hours to accommodate the installation. 2. Had to manage the dish cleaning with hands for a month period. 3. Had to drain the water under the sink due to improper installation. 4. Had to pay plumber to fix the sink leakage caused during installation of dishwasher. 5. Had to not use the stove due minor leakage of gas for a week. 6. Had to go through lot of frustration, dissatisfaction, stress and monetary loss during this whole process. Based on this I am looking for a compensation amount of $750. Please put yourself under the above situation day by day for a month to see how one would feel going through this as a family. Hoping for better understanding and fair remuneration

Best Buy went above & beyond as I called and explained the issued and the women an the call was simply AWESOME ! She got someone to my house in a matter of days and they replaced the Dishwasher! This is why I LOVE buying my appliances from BEST BUY ! Actually I bought everything from BESR BUY, as I trust them 100% . Thanks BEST BUY !

When the dishwasher arrived it was damaged and they corrected the issue with a new replacement.

Our dishwasher was uninstalled by the repairman who came to determine the cause of leaks in our 2 yr old dishwasher. The leak in our 2 yr old Kitchenaid had slowly been damaging our kitchen floor and was going to cost too much to repair. The repair person explained the situation very well and authorized that because had had an insurance policy we would be able receive the same amount of money we paid for the old one to purchas a new dishwasher. The 2 men who came to install the new dishwasher were just as proficient when they removed the old dishwasher and took it away.

Installation was very poor. I recommend going to Thermidor directly. I had to do that for my refrigerator and my stuff cause Best Buy installers not too helped. I hope they can fix this in the near future.

Depends on which uninstall. See the review of the install. First was excellent. One guy. Made an effort not to do any peripheral damage to cabinets or floors. Second was not so good. Two guys. Not nearly so careful.

This was the first Best Buy who knew what was going on. Joe in Virginia Beach saw what the first two Best Buy guy missed. If Joe put it in, in the first place there would not have been a clown show. Best Buy guys on the phone… 10 or 12 of them were clowns. Ask them a question & you’ll get 10 or 12 different answers.

Ruben R. came to our house on June 15th and uninstalled our previous dishwasher in order to hook up our new GE dishwasher. We have had Ruben install other appliances in our home before and really appreciate his friendly, yet professional manner of working. He's an excellent worker and we hope he will always be the one to come to uninstall/install any other appliances we might purchase in the future. We highly recommend him and are very thankful to him for his professional work ethic.

Installer was thorough and pointed out errors of previous install

My uninstall and the new installation was delayed because the first dishwasher I ordered was the wrong size. I received the appropriate dishwasher later on and the new one was recently installed, and my older dishwasher (several years old) that had stopped working was removed. Best Buy hires excellent technicians. They handled the situation well.

Deinstalled the dishwasher faster and better than the person who installed it originally!

Excellent service from he two guys that removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. They communicated with on arrival time and they were in and out of here in less than 45 minutes. They took care in protecting the floors.

Had a terrible installation of original dishwasher. After seven months of dealing with it. We had the outlet burn due to a reuse of original dishwasher wire. Was not installed level or in the cabinet properly. Found parts of dishwasher in bushes outside of home. This was a reinstall of new dishwasher and it went very well. They took the time to make sure that it was in the cabinet properly and level to the ground. They installed new wiring and new plumbing including a new valve. We are very happy with the correction.

The installation was a nightmare. 1st DW leaked the first night. The pump leaked, something installers did not test. The 2nd DW had a huge dent along the bottom, not sure why they even brought it out. The scheduling process is terrible. For the 3rd DW, it was setup as an uninstall only, no new one. Had to convince like 4 customer service reps that I should pay the sales price, not the new higher price. Wasted a trip to our vacation home for that one.

Very professional team from BestBuy. They made sure to plot thier course before removing machine, then they carefully disconnected electricity and water to make sure they were safe and there were no water leaks. They communicated very well with each other and me.
