It was nice to have the old dishwasher removed and hauled away.

Took too long because of poor communication between BB and installers

The Geek Squad did a good job of removing and replacing the broken dishwasher. Prior to this, I thought purchasing the Best Buy insurance would be a waste, but I've since changed my mine and feel that it's worth it given the level of service they provide in a prompt manner. Scheduling was easy and the customer service was helpful.

I had to replace my initial purchase but this went well . I use my washing machine sparingly but when I need it t1here are no problems.

I had two defective units back to back, so installers had to remove two. Neat and skilled work. No complaints. Were very helpful and professional.

After only a week, I decided that I didn't like the Bosch Dishwasher Model I had purchased. Went back to the store and purchased a different Bosch Model. The installation crew did a great job unhooking the returned dishwasher and getting the new one installed.

not sure what was wrong, but water kept coming back into the dishwasher. The service people were here to try to fix, but it was determined the best thing was to replace the machine. The installers were great, again right on time, very professional and apologetic. The new dishwasher came soon afterwards.

The guys that were sent buy best buy came over on time and were done quickly. They did the removal anx installation of the new dishwasher in no time. It works great and i havent had any issues since.

The installers where great and help us to determine the issue was with the original install. I understand best buy no longer contracts with that group which is a good thing.

The Best Buy delivery rep did a nice job removing our old dishwasher prior to installing our new unit. The entire time he was here he was professional, quick, and informative as he walked me through the features of the new unit.

I was pleased with the professional, clean work done by the technicians. I have tried two different brands of dishwashers, neither of which dried the dishes. The same technicians installed and removed both appliances and have done a good job each time. I will continue to search for a white dishwasher that dries the dishes.

The uninstall went smoothly I was pleased with the entire process. Dan, the installer was very conscientious about being careful of my flooring and my cabinetry. I would recommend purchasing a new appliance from Best Buy. In the past year we have purchased three appliances; a washing machine, a dryer, and now a dishwasher.

The install team was amazing! They called when they were on the way. They were courteous and professional in my home. They have been the best we’ve ever had.
