Error code came on my dishwasher. Because of a shortage of KitchenAid repairers in my error, a new washer was swapped in for the old. Not my choice for situation, but "how it is". Installer was right on schedule, took out old, installed new and done in minimum of time. Professional and friendly.

Have had to have one brand new dishwasher installed then soon uninstalled due to defect, and then another brand new dishwasher installed as replacement. The installers were terrific, professional, and speedy in their work - also cleaning up every little bit of debris from the installation. Really appreciated both groups who came out at separate times. Excellent Best Buy technicians!

Took care of installing my products. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have to lift a finger but to open the door.

My new dishwasher is really cool, I can control it with my phone, if I leave home an forget to turn it on I can turn it on an have it done by the time I get home. I also like the third tray, and it’s super quite.

Andres and Mario were very friendly and worked to install the new dishwasher. They were to take away a new scratched dishwasher that was delivered earlier by Best Buy only to be shown by them that the marks were only on a plastic protective cover. I had them go ahead and install the original dishwasher and return the unboxed dishwasher still on the truck. Thanks

Our tenant was not happy with the dishwasher we purchased for her. We told her to pick out a dishwasher she would be happy with and pay the difference if it costs more than the one we purchased. She agreed. The one week old dishwasher was uninstalled and the newer (and more expensive) dishwasher was installed. All good no problems. She is happy and we are happy.

The installers did a great job and were very professional

Williamand Nwd should be commended for their work. They knew what they were doing vice other Best Buy installers. They worked quickly and efficiency. Because of William and Ned I will continue to shop in UR store. Prior to their professional approach I had decided no to frequent UR store. I intend to tell all my friends about the very impressive Ned and William.

The two gentlemen sent out to uninstall our defective dishwasher and install the replacement were top notch. Very professional and exacting. They made sure nothing harmed our new wood floor and were so precise with the installation. Friendly and courteous as well as being so competent made us feel very lucky they were there to deal with the appliances.

The Bosch 800 install went very well, except rescheduling the day of install for months later. They were professional and clean.

My old dishwasher was Uninstalled successfully by MN Plumbing company and hauled away to make room for the new one I bought from BestBuy

Don’t know if you are referring to the dishWasher or the ne one that was just installed. But I was informed that the installation could have been completed by the second team without having the assistance of separate plumber.

Top-notch installation but getting .20 error code on the display. Will have to call the Geek Squad.

The crew came in removed the current dishwasher removed it and installed the new one. They cleaned up after everything was done and took the old one with them, I could not have asked for anything more.

They took the old dishwasher away and gave us a couple of minutes to clean under the old dishwasher. It was only 3 years old.
