The young man who came out to do the installation on our new dishwasher was really pleasant and very professional. He answered our questions and freely gave us explanations on what he was doing. He did a very good job and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing it.

The installers were efficient and did a great job in a timely manner. I have no complaints about them at all. They did a great job. Thank you!

I have not used my dishwasher but twice since purchasing, since I haven't cooked much due to work schedule. It was quiet, dishes came out sparking & mostly dry on hot cycle - not Sahara. Very happy with my purchase. Can't say enough about the installer. Was courteous, professional, diligent. My old dishwasher was hard to get out. Also had garbage disposal installed. Really appreciate the customer service!

The installation was quick and done with expertise. This included explaning the use of the item and checking to make sure it worked properly.

The techs were great. They were able to remove the old dishwasher which was difficult with older copper lines limiting removal. They were able to install a newer flexible line and the dishwasher with no problems at all.

I purchased the Bosch 500 Series dishwasher online with installation. The installation process was smooth and quick and it was installed solidly in the place it belonged. The dishwasher itself is so quiet I can't tell it's running even when I'm right next to it. It has the right number of options (ie, not too many) and it gets the dishes very clean. I would highly recommend this dishwasher.

Jon was our service technician that installed our dishwasher. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about the product. He did a great job explaining the operation of the dishwasher. Very courteous and friendly. Completely cleaned up the work area and took away all the trash that was involved with the delivery. Two thumbs up

They were great. So professional. Really knew what they were doing. The install was fast, perfect and they left the place immaculate.

Installers Fernando and Aaron (sic?) could not install initially because of floor tile that did not allow them to remove old dishwasher. They returned once the tiles were removed by my contractor, and efficiently installed the new machine. We are not there and haven't used it yet.

I feel the installation process went very wrong. I had an initial installation date for my dishwasher, but there was an issue with the hot water hook-up. This was clearly not the fault of the technician. He was very helpful, and set up another install appt. for a few days later, so that we had time to get the hook-up fixed. The problem came when another Best Buy team came to haul away the old dishwasher which hadn't been taken out yet. Somehow, the installation for that date got cancelled, and even after I confirmed with someone on the Geek Squad line that a technician would still be out to install, no one showed up. It wasn't until later that day when I called the help line that I was told the install had been cancelled and I would have to wait another 7 days before someone could come to install. I find this pretty unacceptable when it was the company's system that caused the cancellation of an existing appointment. In addition, the text and email update system needs to be refined, as I received multiple texts and emails which provided the exact same information. I do want to make sure to say though, that the technician who came out was extremely nice and helpful and I appreciated that he gave me his business card so that I could call him directly

The first time it was delivered it couldn’t be installed. Apparently when kitchen was remodeled they built kitchen around dishwasher. It was literally off by an 1/8”, had it shimmied and they came back with no issues to install. Very pleased :)

Very professional and quick, made sure everything was up and running and insured working area was cleaned before they left

I up graded to this one and glad I did , it has lots of space and very quite running

Three fellows were involved in the installation of the dishwasher, two were very good and considerate the 3rd appeared so high that he could not find the front door of our house, which literally was right in front of him, on two separate occasions.
