Expert installers. Used top of the line kits to hook dishwasher up and carefully worked around my recycle bin, which was between the sink and the dishwasher. Everything works well and the area was left clean and neat on departure.

The installers delivered my dishwasher on a very snowy day. Before bringing the dishwasher into my house, they shovelled a pathway so the equipment would not get damaged, and they did not want to track snow into my house. Very thoughtful and professional! They cleaned up afterwards - no dirt, water, snow/slush in my house when they left! Thank you!

All was going well until a hose was improperly or not connected which caused water to blow out under cabinets & on my new wood floor. The installers acted like it was no big deal, although I had to race to find 6 large beach towels to soak up the water. Not happy!! If my wood floors pop up because of this water damage, you’ll hear from me & lawyer. Tech should have more training.

Installers arrived at the beginning of their 4 hour window. Installed in an hour and cleaned up the mess. Hauled away the old dishwasher. Very pleased with their work. Showed me how to operate and ran a cycle to make sure ut was running and draining properly.

Thank you to Chris and Chris out of Atlanta for your patience in removing the old diswahsher and your expertise in the installation of my new Cafe. Best Buy’s all day wait was a bit much but im glad for the service. I will be returning the $35 Install Kit which is never needed on this model.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Dishwasher & Electric Range & Over-the-Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!

This review is for the geek squad installation of my dishwasher. I was surprised by how much the installers know about dishwashers. The two technicians took their time and did a great job. And upon finishing the installation, they went over all the functions of the unit with me. Like the title of this review, they've really exceeded my expectations.

The space is relatively flexible (would have been nice to have adjustable shelves, but this model doesn't offer them). The machine is very quiet - it is so nice to be able to run it and still listen to the radio in the same room! So far, it seems to clean things really well. We haven't put anything too caked with food in it yet, but the basic dinner dishes and utensils are coming out sparkling.

The installers were on time and had it installed in a short time. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left!

My dishwasher was expertly installed by the same men who delivered the dishwasher and answered all of my questions about operating the dishwasher. In addition, they took my old dishwasher with them. The small price to pay for expert installation and carry off/disposal was definitely worth it.

Installer did an excellent job and showed me how to operate it and all the special features. He also tested it before leaving.

I bought the installation along with my new dishwasher...the installers were on time and were great to work with. Very professional and we don't have any complaint at all. Will use BestBuy installation again if we do buy another appliance through them!

Very professional service. Guys definitely knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with their service and there is only one reason that I put 4 stars because as soon as plumber showed up he charged me $100 right away for very small part he had to install "water hammer". I had two installations that day. One was water line for refrigerator and another one for dishwasher. He brought those water hammers with him, like he knew I would need them, but charged me only for one. $100 even. Strange, but since I had no choice, of course I paid him. Any way they worked very professional and fast. Very impressive.

These guys were great! They came back after finding that I needed an extra connector cable. I then purchased the wrong one, but they made it work and even mounted a bracket on the intake water pipe, that should have been there when the house was built.

Great installation service. Professional, they wore face masks and show covers. Pulled out the old one, installed the new one and kept the area clean. Thank You Bosch for your contract with Best Buy. Installation of Bosch dishwasher by bestbuy made the Bosch dishwasher purchase and install a great experience !
