The actual installation date was not only over a week later than scheduled but was scheduled for 3 separate days: delivery, removal 2 days later and installation a few days later. I’m 80 years old with emphysema and still in physical therapy for a broken foot. I upgraded to 4 stars because they were finally able to do It in 1day, 1 week later than the original date and the delivery guys were great. It was after you re-opened and took many calls and tears on my part.

Extremely quiet! Previous dishwasher was noisy and had only two shelves. Two shelves was okay, but the noise was very frustrating in an open floorplan. Home consult seemed the way to go, but that person did a poor job of measuring for fit. The installers were able to make adjustments by cutting my marble island top -- though there was an extra $350 charge for a single cut with a stone saw. Be careful to check the home consultants work.

Shawn did the installation. He was very professional. He made sure the dishwasher worked and drained properly.

Chris and his son Chris did a great job installing our new dishwasher and hauling off our old one. We would not hesitate to use Best Buy installation services again in the future!!

I found Ben to be an excellent installer ... product arrived in timely manner it however came damaged and he told me ASAP had to install but had a new one ordered. Came back and installed that no problems in and out done. Thank you

This dishwasher is very quiety and efficient. I love the 3rd rack at top for flatware. I wish it had short wash cycle for both racks and not just top rack.

The service is fast, smooth with no problem. The installation crew arrived on time and did a good job installing also explain how it works. were very professional. They fully tested the washer and cleaned up afterwards!

I read about bosch in consumer report with excellent rating. though price was too high, but found a moderate price one which fit my needs. The controls are simple to understand, and has more room for tall dishes.. I was amazed how quiet it was compare to my old one

I had Best Buy install my new dishwasher when they delivered it. They did a fantastic job, and the individual who installed it was professional and friendly. Installed it in no time, and made sure that everything worked before he left. Would definitely recommend them!

Quietest dishwasher we have ever been around! had to put our ear to it to make sure it was running. Beautifully clean dishes and love the three racks. Utensil loading is very nice because each piece stays separated and gets very clean. Love the black stainless.

The dishwasher has been outstanding in its operation. We barely know it is running. The results have met all of our expectations. The installers were knowledgeable and professional. They had the installation completed in a very short period of time

Great dishwasher! Easy to install and very quiet to operate. The biggest advantage is the way that it loads. We can get about 1.5 times more items in this dishwasher, than our old unit. Does a great job cleaning, even with the shorter washing cycles.

Installation of the dishwasher went well and very much appreciate the hard work of installing the new and removing the old dishwasher. New LG dishwasher works like a dream! Steamer works great to kill all the seasonal bugs too.

If I could give 10 stars for the installation I would do it. There was no wait for installation, they were on time and knowledgeable, and fast. He was friendly and gave us great tips. He had everything on hand. I was so pleased I even asked if we could hire him on the side and this guy was so ethical and loyal to BB, he apologized and said it would be a conflict of interest. So MORE POWER TO BB and their subcontractors for treating their employees right and well. This is always a great indicator as to how they run their overall business. I won't buy anything else anywhere else unless they just don't carry it.
