This had been rescheduled 3 times. The first time the unit arrived with a huge dent in the front. Like it had been crushed. The second time the installer called out sick and didn't cancel any of his appointments for that day. We sat and waited, clueless that no one was coming. They compensated us with 2 gift cards due to both inconveniences.

Installers were quick efficient and made the entire process painless. They followed cdc guidelines and were very respectful. They were knowledgeable about the dishwasher and gave us quick run down and tips. No mess and perfect installation. I did notice after they left that the lower left corner had small dent. I take blame though because I should have fully inspected it. I didn’t notice until they had left. I went back and watched the handling of the dish washer from our security cameras and the installers handled the dishwasher with care and I did see them give it a quick look over prior to bringing prosecutors in house. It is just unlucky situation as to where the bend is and needs right light to see. I’m still very happy and definitely would use the installers again.

The dishwasher is great, looks clean, washes great and I had a pro installer pull out my old one and place in my new one (bought the service). Worth it. Just make sure if u wanna add the lock feature you don't have it under the cabinet like I do

Very happy with my new Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Cleans the dishes and quieter than my last one. Best Buy was outstanding and the install with Malik from Majestic was terrific. Very happy!

Installer was on time, thorough, and got the installation right the first time - no leaks. He checked with me on my preferences for the noise-canceling foam installation. He stayed for a quick test of the completed installation.

These guys were in and out in no time. They took away the old one, they brought in the new one. They set everything up and made sure that it worked before they headed out. I don't loooooove the 12 hour window (not their fault) but they do narrow it down the day off. They also call when they are about 30 mins out so they don't just APPEAR! SURPRISE! lol.

The Best Buy technicians that installed our dishwasher were skilled and experienced to handle appliance installations. They were professionalism, knowledge, and ability to quickly and efficiently set up my appliances.

And, 3 flights from Calif to Oregon to be there for the installation. But, once the Geek Squad finally showed up, the installation went fine in just over an hour. If I had it to do over again, I'd buy it at Best Buy, then hire an outside vendor to install it, and skipped the incessant and recurrent Geek Squad administrative boondoggle.

The two young men were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Installed a hardwire dishwasher for us. Very pleased with their work!!!

This install tech was by far the nicest person to ever deliver something to my home. He was so kind and helpful and we chatted like we were old buddies. He even told me to text or call his number if I run into any issues and when I did he came out to take a look and help and didn’t even charge me.
