If you want a conscientious installer, Shawn's your man. He knew the product and the installation procedure perfectly. Shawn removed our old unit and installed our new unit in record time. As the dishwasher in the family, I particularly "appreciated" his quick service. We were fortunate that our local BEST BUY store has our desired unit in stock so I only had "dishpan hands" for three days!

My dishwasher of 10 years broke right before Christmas. I went to Lowe's to buy a new one, but it was going to take 4 weeks to get it delivered and installed. So, I looked up the same one at Best Buy, saw it was in stock and for $70 cheaper. It was delivered and installed between Christmas and New Years with no problems. Our installation man James was very knowledgeable and made sure there were no leaks and I understood how to use it before he left.

The same guys that put the dishwasher had earlier put in our microwave. They are very good at installs and fast. Very polite to deal with. They were part of the reason we purchased the dishwasher at Best Buy. Only down side was they were very late from the scheduled time they were supposed to arrive.

The 2 guys who came and did my installment on my appliances were beyond awesome! They were the best, did great work…. Made sure everything was perfectly well done! Talking about neatness, the were some neat working men! Cleaned up they mess afterwards. They were very careful with the installation making sure not to scratch and dent anything.

This was way better then me try to figure it all out. These guys got the old one out in less than 10 minutes and had the new one in the house ready for install within the next 5 minutes. While I had my morning coffee they prepped the area and where cauthious about all my stuff and had the new washer installed and doing a test run all within 30 minutes. After about an hour they were on there way, everything looks good and is running awesome and I didn't have to lift a finger.

Heath installed my dishwasher. He is beyond competent, he does a fantastic job and I think is the best technician I've ever seen. I have held my review until after having our new dishwasher serviced. Delivered on Nov 13, everything went smoothly, Svc Tech were great, no complaints at the time. After 4 to 5 loads I got an Error Code - "OC" - then had a warranty service visit from Unique Repair, Great Tech, very informative. Result of the visit was due to not receiving the correct info from the Best Buy Installers. The problem was a result of using to much soap. The Cascade Pellets should not be used on this New High Efficiency washer, generates too much soap suds which in turn triggers the "OC" Error. Using the Cascade Gel is the better product to use. Again it's no complaint about the product or service but a bit more product info upon installation may be a better procedure and less costly in the long run.

This dish washer clean everything very well, it is easy to operate. Very quiet. Its appearance is outstanding.

The installers came on site to our home but could not complete the installation of the new dishwasher on that trip. A 2nd trip had to be arranged. The issue: our original dishwasher had not been installed properly and the expected attachment point on the underside of our granite was not there. We had to pay an outside service provider a fee to detach our existing dishwasher from our under-counter of granite. I would have expected any dishwasher installation service provider to have been able to perform this svc. Once that was removed, the BBY folks were back onsite and they did a nice job.

Installation was done by a third party. They ran into a snag with fitting the dishwasher into our space. We ended up having a friend finish the job. The work completed by the installer was done sell.

The installer sent by Best Buy was truly an expert; he removed our old dishwasher (and took it away for us). He installed our new dishwasher with a new water hookup (braided SS) line. After ensuring that everything was lined up perfectly, he then took the time to explain the finer points of using this new appliance. I would strongly recommend anyone buying a dishwasher from Best Buy to use their service to install it - the experience was truly hassle-free.

Good job at installation and mine was tricky as we need extra everything due to placement of our dishwasher. They made sure it ran and didn't leak before they left. Only complaint was that they forgot to remove some packing on the spray arm which was a pain to get off after it was wet.

The two man team arrived on time and went right. they were neatly dressed, clean and went right to work, they were knowledgeable, efficient, polite, professional, yet friendly. After completing in installation, they spent the necessary time to insure we knew the proper operation of the appliance. Above all, they represented Best Buy in a very positive way.

The installation or our dishwasher was not simple. The original dishwasher was slightly smaller than the one we purchased. As a result modifications had to be made to the cabinet. The home owner (I) made the the changes to the cabinet. The installer and Josh another installer worked professionally to install the appliance. They did not rush. The did the job well. I am pleased with the work they did on the installation. They thought of everything.

I am very pleased with my GEProfile Dishwasher. My dishwasher is quite, easy to maneuver between settings, and most important was installed with the greatest care.

What a great dishwasher. It is being used daily in our office and is easy to use, quiet and does the job. Thank you.

Your customer service is awful. The dishwasher is wonderful. Installation was a 10. But the struggle to obtain the dishwasher was completely unacceptable!

We had an appointment for the 1/11 morning slot (7am-11am), and really appreciated how we got a reminder the day before with a smaller time frame (9am-11am) of when to expect the installers. We also got a call when they were loading the dishwasher onto the truck from Best Buy and were about to be on their way, giving us a nice heads up. On the call, they also asked if we could clear underneath the sink, which wasn't mentioned in the "What You Need to Know" documentation in the Best Buy Appointment Manager, so that was good to know for a more streamlined install. Our installers were very polite, friendly, and efficient. (I am really bad with names--sorry!, but I think one of them might've been Roy? There were two of them; they arrived around 11:05am.) They laid down a long cloth path from the doorway to the kitchen, to make sure they didn't dirty the carpet, which was a thoughtful gesture. They also let us sweep out the what was under the old dishwasher after they had removed it (goodness knows when we'll be able to access that spot again!), and gave us tips and things to be aware of with the new dishwasher. They wouldn't let us lift a finger, even though we offered and wanted to be helpful. :) Would definitely recommend! They were in a white Enterprise van, and had on shirts with (presumably) their actual company name/info, but did not advertise or call attention to it. Best Buy, I hope you're treating them well!
