Somewhat difficult even for my 8 yr old grand-daughter to understand and play. Controllers are not intuitive, eg grand-daughter wanted to turn the controller when racing the cars just like a steering wheel - not use the thumb controller which is very hard to master.

I got this at black Friday so I paid the price for both that I'd normally pay for just 1. It has worked fin that way. However I have a hard time recommending just this product. The "Original" characters have very little to no use in Disney Infinity. You can play with them in the Toy Box mode, but that's it. The Toy Box mode is okay, but EXTREMELY limited. I've downloaded the play sets and most of them are boring. I'd recommend the Avengers set WAY more over this. You get more value for equal cost., and if you just like Merida and Stitch, get the Avengers set and buy those characters separate. In most cases it'll be cheaper.

Good fun for all ages...

She loves playing it with either me or my wife and best of all, its entertaining for us too . This game will probably have a decent learning curve for anyone not the casual gamer.
