Sleeves arrived in tampered box

When they delivered, the package did not have any damaged. I opened the package and found the sleeve box had the seal broken as if they were returned or tampered with. I did mot get these on discount. When I brought it to the attention to Best Buy, the best they would do is refund me $1. Im not happy as this is a christmas gift to my son.
