    Mat arrived when expected. Sure, the boxed was dinged a bit, but the product itself was great. Wonderful art and good quality. I use this mat at all my locals. If you are a collector, you should know better than to order online. Always get that in store, because big stores will cheap out in shipping causing the packaging to get damaged nearly every time.

    Ordered this and it arrived last Thursday, it came in a huge plastic bag with no protection so the box was crushed and torn. I'm a collector so that was unacceptable to me. Reached out to the chat online and they immediately offered to reorder it or just get a refund. But since it's so inconsistently in and out of stock they couldn't order a replacement to pick up in store so I went in store to see if I could just get a refund this week since it was offered to me when I was in the store last week. I waited probably 10-15 minutes for them to process it for the guy to just tell me we can't do a refund in store I would have to return it through the mail since I ordered it online. So very inconsistent customer service and overall it's been very frustrating, I never want to order these kinds of things from Best Buy ever again unless it's in store pickup. Their shipping is horrible, they should have more common sense in shipping things like this or have the correct boxes to do so.

    Terrible packaging. Item came damaged. Then I was able to place an order for pick which was eventually canceled bc it couldn’t be fulfilled. If I could zero star I would.
