    I recently enlisted Geek Squad for a smart lighting installation at my home, but the experience was disappointing. After an extended period of unclear communication and delays, they were unable to install lights on the second floor, a critical part of the project. This issue was only confirmed after a month, and the service was abruptly cancelled just weeks before Christmas, causing significant inconvenience. Despite the courteous staff, the inefficiency and lack of execution in the installation process were major letdowns, leaving much room for improvement in their service.

    The crew doing the work, uninstalling and installing did a great job. However it took 3 cancellations to install the wall oven, while purchased on 9-29-2023. Finally got smart and uninstalled old oven first and the selected a date to install the new one the day after it was scheduled to arrive in the warehouse in San Leandro. Had to trick the system - not perfect at all. Many hours of phone calls. Unfortunately upload picture failed - that's kind of how Best buy works.
