This game is just repetition and grinding galore and considering how much I loved the Dissidia franchise, this is just...... a sad representation as its first entry into the console market.

I bought this just for the steelbook but I just got the standard ps4 case version. It says steelbook brawler edition which is a lie, Best Buy needs to take that off their site.

This game is taking a lot of heat, some of it justified. However, if you are wanting this to be a smash brothers, street fighter or tekken, you may not enjoy this. This is a brawler and you fight the enemy by using bravery attacks, when they are broken, you then use HP attacks to wipe them out. The team shares health, so if you have 3 people go down and then respawn, the next time a memeber dies, you lose. The cinematics are enjoyable to watch, they are outright beautiful and seeing beloved characters in HD models is icing on the cake. The story may be hit or miss, but it is still enjoyable. My biggest complaint would be the camera angle and targeting and it would be nice to have a larger roster. But I think this is a fun game and I am glad that Dissidia finally made its way to console.
