    The band lacked material, but the label wanted an album plus a tour to support it. Roth said, "Don't worry guys, here are some covers that we will do great." He was right and they had a huge successful album. The brothers hated this album because it was a lot of material that was not theirs. The brothers fought back with the 1984 offering that cemented the legacy of VH. The sound on this remaster is just as good as the others. All the Roth remasters are a must have for VH fans.

    This is another great Van Halen reissue with great fidelity and minimal surface noise. These Chris Bellman remasters are excellent, top notch. Very happy with my purchase. Fantastic!
