You can play the entire game co-op or solo with drop in and out multiplayer. Each person gets their own set of quest to complete making for a unique story for each player. If you love RPGs get this game.

This is a great RPG with an absolute ton of content. If your looking to put dozens if not hundreds of hours into a game look no further.

Isometric-view, computer RPGs have had a bit of a new lease on life in the last few years with games like Divinity Original Sin, Pillars of Eternity, Torment, and Wasteland. Now we have the updated version of Divinity Original Sin 2 on consoles and it exceeds all my expectations. If you enjoy story-driven RPGs with fleshed out characters and choices that actually make a difference in your story look no further than this.

This sequel to the original game is a huge success. The graphics are amazing and the detailed story is Sinfully...Good! Great game, get this...now!

I usually like JRPG but this one catches my attention. Give it a try and you will love it. So much interactive in this game. Decent story. Excellent combat.

This is an incredibly engrossing story! Graphics are fantastic, and the transition to PS4 is fabulous! I'll be playing this for months to come, no question!

I grew up with the Baldur's Gate / Icewind Dale / Planescape games on PC. To me, those were the peak of digital RPGs and nothing else has come as close to their greatness as the Divinity series. This game is truly designed for lovers of pen & paper D&D games. If you played the first one, you've probably already bought this one. If not, you can easily jump in here, or pick up the first game on the cheap and double your fun.

I have this game on the computer and purchased it on the PS4 so that my wife and I could play with a few friends. This game offers a great story with multiple ways to complete objectives and a comprehensive upgrade system that allows characters to "multiclass" by purchasing skills if they wish to split their abilities instead of achieving the ability to use the top level skills.s The game is playable in couch co-op by splitting the screen when the players separate far enough from each other. When playing local multiplayer, there are some user interface challenges to overcome, and it can be difficult to read some of the text when far away from the screen. Playing on a controller vs the PC also presents some challenge, though a few hours into the story everyone should have a good grasp of the control scheme. This is a very complex game, as you are not as restricted as you would be in other RPG games. If you want to brute force your way through a level, that is an option. Another option may be to sneak through the level. Overall, I am happy with the game. It is a turn based strategy game that has many awesome interactions with the environment. Standing on a tile with oil, when in a fight with a fire mage, is a bad idea, as the oil will catch fire. These environmental interactions add some great strategy elements to the game.

This game is one of the best RPGs I've ever played, hands down. The number of abilities, spells, and actions you can mix and match, or combine leaves 100s of possibilities for combat. I will say the game is hard and definitely rewards you for taking your time and planning out your every move. A very very very deep game, tons of systems, combat options, gear options, quests, and content. Massive game!

Game is designed for people who enjoy lots of dialog and tactical fights. Very open-ended. Highly challenging.

My guy and I have been at home this week and this game has been a ton of fun. The screen splits when you want to go off and do yor own thing but together we have taken down all who oppose us! Ahem, I mean its real fun. And if you've never played a game like this, there are several difficulty tiers to choose from so you can be comfy in your quarantine

This game is amazing and has great replay value as well. I’m always looking for games that are immersive, can have multiple players, and can be replayed many times over. I play online with my wife and even play it split-screen with a child. There are just so many great things about this game. If you love tactical RPGs, you’ll enjoy this game.

Really impressed with the dialogue and world design of this game. Very freeform, very open to exporation and gives you a lot of options for how to handle most situations. Combat feels well balanced. Overall a stellar job of bringing the tabletop rpg genre to the video game realm.
