I product i recieved was not refurbished.
It retained the previous owners problem, data, images and videos.
Im on my third week of waiting for BestBuy CS to refund me.
Run far away from any interactions or purchases.
One star is being generous.

I ordered this drone and Received it today. I was very excited to open it up and start using it. Once i opened the box, boy was i in for a surprise….. They sent me the DJI mini drone 2 and controller in a DJI Mini Drone 4 box.

I ordered the Package with screen on the remote and the one that showed up was the lower end model. Went to the store so they could make it right, was told no. Return takes forever to get money back. Waste of time and money.
