This little, lightweight workhorse is an excellent buy for the price. Coming in at less than half the price of the other Magic drones, it deliveries great on the basics. Obviously, this drone doesn’t have crash avoidance and is 2.7K video compared to 4K, but for the price range, it beats everything on the market.

Great Drone, Upgraded from the Phantom The picture quality is awesome and the controls are easy to use.

My first drone worked for two minutes before the controller died. Spent hours on the phone with DJI customer support and they were no help. the best they would do was send me a new cable to test. I asked them to do that, but then decided to take it back to Best Buy and exchange it. Good thing I did because three weeks later I still don't have the DJI cable replacement. New drone works great, a blast to fly, and Best Buy provided GREAT customer service.

One of the best and most affordable drones on the market right now. It is also incredibly easy to learn how to use and you can be flying in just a few minutes though keep in mind your phone does need to be good enough to run the DJI Fly app or you'll have to buy a phone as well.

This is an excellent bundle. I have flown it a few times and it is easy to handle, and takes great video and photos. The best part is it is small enough not to have to register with the FAA. The only problem I have is that the mount for holding phones is too small for a note 10+.

This drone is a great choice for 90% of first-time buyers. Take-off, flight, and landing is a breeze. It's incredibly small and light-weight but is somehow VERY stable in the air, even on windy days. I was concerned about the video quality with this drone because I really wanted 4k, but I'm extremely happy with the quality of both video and photos! The fly more bundle is a no-brainer in my opinion for the extra $100. The extra batterie, 2-way (3 battery) charger, and case is a great value. The biggest sacrifices you make when buying this drone rather than a more expensive model are: * Obstacle avoidance sensors. * Video resolution / quality. * Slightly less stable in-flight video on very windy days. Considering it costs 2-3 times less, and the additional portability it offers, it's the best choice for most buyers.

I’ve been able to get real comfortable using the mini. It came with everything I needed and more. If you’re looking for a beginner drone then this is the one to get. It captures really good footage and isn’t difficult to control. Can’t wait to start upgrading in the DJI family soon.

Minus not having active tracking, this is a great drone. Side by side with my phantom 3 4k, the image holds up for being 2.7k. It might even look a little better because it has a newer sensor. The added bonus is the 249g and not needing to register your drone unless your flying part 107.

I wasn't sure which Drone to get but I am sure glad we got the Mini. The regulations on some heavier drones can prevent you from being able to use it. but, The mini is under the limit by design and gives you more flexibility. For this reason alone i would never get the bigger one.

Great little drone for getting some pretty amazing shots. Range is limited though in areas with a lot of Wi-Fi interference. Get away from the city you can get some better distance with it. I like how it's quieter than my other drones. Battery life is impressive. The only thing that can be frustrating is it will automatically rise up when it gets within a few feet of something below it which can cause you to crash if there is something above you.

Drone was a great purchase, it survived several crashes, and it worked perfectly, it’s good to buy it as a bundle which will have all the accessories, I will definitely miss my drone but looking forward to another one.

I bought this drone as a beginner drone. It is easy to fly with safety in mind from the app. Was easy to set up. Charge your batteries first before anything. The only problem with drones is the battery life is short. This model gives you 20 minutes per battery Though this comes with 3 in the box you'll have an hour worth. If you want more time recommend buying extra batteries. Watch a few YouTube videos on how to use I recommend.

After flying various drones this one has surpassed all my expectations! Easy to handle, instructions are straight forward. One thing to consider before flying is making sure you update the software and download the kittyhawk app to check if you can fly in the area. Worth every dollar!

as a world traveler and YouTuber I recently bought the Mavic mini from DJI and I have to tell you it is a great little drone for travel easy to get in and out of the airports with through customs no problem whatsoever and it's a great flyer and a different countries that I have been made so far

This was my first drone I bought, and I love it! It is super easy to control. So far I have only crashed it once. Although, the best part about this drone is all the inside parts beside the camera are very cheap and easy to fix. If you are looking for a drone to get, look no further!

This would be a great first drone for someone wanting to get into aerial photography. It’s a little more expensive than the cheaper alternatives, but worth every penny. Get the “fly more” bundle, which gives you a case, 3 batteries and a charger that can charge three at a time for only $100 more.

My husband and I purchased this about a month ago. It's such a well-priced but great quality entry-level drone. So glad we didn't spend money on a more expensive one quite yet just because there's so much to learn!

After flying a DJI Phantom 3 advanced, this was a dream in regards to the portability. Don't get me wrong the Phantom 3 advanced is perfect for flying, photo, and video, but the Mavic Mini makes set up and flight a breeze. You can basically drop this thing into a backpack and off you go.
