This is the third expensive drone I have bought, and by far this blow out anything else. There is just nothing come close to its size vs the features you are getting. In fact, I don't think this lack of any features compare to other more heavy and bigger drones. I'm sure everyone already wrote on all the features about this drone. But I was unlucky enough to get a dud at first, my brand new drone drop out of the sky on the second day of purchase, don't bother talking to Bestbuy, they won't do anything for you. But to my surprise, I called DJI, their after sale services was awesome. Each time you call, you will get an actual person fairly quickly. But long story short, they let me send back the broken drone with no charge, and after evaluation, they completely fixed it with new parts and send it back to me, the whole process took about 10 business days with zero charges! Therefore they deserve the very best rating they can get! And I'm having a blast with the drone, I take it with me on all of my business trips!

Best drone in the world! 'Drops Mic' =) "Smart" drone, sleek design, compact, travel friendly, user friendly functions, there's so many great things to say about this drone. There are so many video clips that you can watch regarding this drone, but once you fly it yourself, you'll understand what we are saying. Not good for beginners IMHO mainly because of the price. This drone could have been easily priced at around $1500 but it's priced correctly. Buy a cheaper drone to get yourself accustomed first, then upgrade once your flying skills are better. Buy DJI Care. This is a must!!!!

If you like photography, then you will love this drone. It is so easy to fly. The remote phone combo works seamlessly. There is so much this can do. I look forward to flying everyday. Stable, fast, and smooth. Awesome. Go fly more combo rocks.

The Mavic is revolutionary. The combination of size, price, and capability is simply amazing. The camera and gimbal are very good and the video and photos are fine for all but professional videographers. I personally shoot in 1080p 30fps (note the sensor used does not do a good job with 1080p 60fps) as I don't want to deal with huge 4K files for my use. In fact, you can download the movies (1080 The range is unbelievable and the video downlink is much clearer than any DJI drone to date (same as p4pro). If you have a spotter, or don't care to follow the guidelines, using the litchi app with a pair of $20 VR googles is the way to go. No need to wait or pay for the long delayed DJI occusync googles, the litchi app is $23 and also gives you much better waypoint capabilities than DJI go app. Nothing available today even comes close to DJI Mavic at any price, save for

This Drone is simply impressive, the stability Beyond perfection. The 4k camera takes some wicked videos and pictures. Its a great beginner drone. I have gotten some incredible pictures and videos so far and I'm extremely happy with this drone.

Obviously after lots of research this is one of the best drones to buy and yes you need the extra batteries. More clear instructions and how to use it would have been nice cause it’s my first drone I had to search all over YouTube on how to use it. I am still learning but either way so far it works beautifully! Big phones don’t fit well in the controller. Be careful!!!! The bag is super tiny and snug, my drone got stuck in it and I had to rip it out almost broke it. I cut the flap in the bag to prevent it from happening again. It made me really mad so be careful with the way you put it in the bag.

One of the best drones out there, I was debating between Mavic Air and Mavic Pro. I had to go with the Pro, better range than the other one. Decent battery life, easy to use.

I have had this for several months now, and i absolutely love it. The controls are easy and intuitive, the video quality is AMAZING (unfortunately the files are huge), it's steady in the wind. The ability to fold it up makes it very usable. I brought this with me to the Great Smoky Mountains and got some fantastic footage from up high. I also use it to check up on the roof and gutters at home. For instance, i just used mine to check on some roof damage from a fallen tree. It's a fun toy, a necessary piece of camera equipment for my YouTube channel, but it's also an invaluable tool for the homeowner.

I've had my Mavic Pro for nearly a month and I've had no problems so far. I can fly around my house (I live in the country) for approximately 1 mile out before I get weak transmission issues because I have a lot of trees and I'm controlling it in a low place on my property. It is a little shaky in high wind but it maintains its position for the most part. The camera is decent, as it could be better but the portability makes up for the lack of resolution. I get about 22-24 minutes of flight time in regular mode and about 14-15 min in sport mode. I love my Mavic. It's a great drone for beginners all the way to experts.

I've only flown the Phantom 3 standard before I purchased this. I was on the fence between this and the GoPro Karma. I was leaning more towards the Karma because I already own a GoPro HERO5. It would have been the cheaper option. I ended up going with the Mavic due to its size and portability. I do not regret it. The footage looks great. It handles better than the Phantom 3. No problems with it whatsoever. I've already shot some amazing stuff with it and I can't wait to see what else I can do.

In my opinion this drone is the only way to go. This is my second one and second review on this drone. DJI did a fantastic job on this one. The Mavic Pro is easy to fly, hard to crash, and the picture quality is insane. I recommend this drone over the more expensive phantom 4 pro because it’s very portable and does essentially the same thing. I purchased this drone to take pictures of my work in order to show future clients. I have attached a screen shot of one of my first videos. This was the first time ever flying a drone or videoing with a drone. It’s just so simple.

I love this drone. At first I wasn't really interested in the idea of owning a drone because what would I use it for? It is just another toy that Inwould buy on impulse, use for a week and then shelf it. I have to say though that even with my beginner flying skill, and partial lack of creativity, the ability to use it for a photo, or an easy flyover movie is appealing and fun. Photo and video quality are superb and the fact that it is the size of a sneaker when the wings are folded is a huge plus. Portable and powerful. Everyone should have one!

I travel all the time, so this is perfect! It folds up easy, is compact, and fairly light even with the extras. It is amazing for photos and video, and I don’t even know how to use it to the best it can be used yet. Accessories are cheap, and available on multiplayer sites. Flying is easy to learn and the drone does a lot to make it “virtually” fool proof. It is not a stunt drone, friends ask me if it can do flips and such, this is more for photographic and flight enthusiasts than stunt or trick flying.

I was at my lake house in SD, and a friend came up for the weekend. He brought his DJI drone, and "I WAS AMAZED". He used it to take video of my son, and his friends water sking with its automatic traking capability, and the video was incredible. Although this drone is expensivIe It"s well worth it considering all it does. He even landed it on our moving boat, with no problems, and I couldn't believe it. Like I said "I was amazed", so needless to say, I bought one as soon as I got home, and I love it.

Wow, this drone is amazing. I highly recommend this drone to any one who is looking to purchase one. They are so in demand that it is hard to get your hands on one. Many people have been waiting for months to receive theirs. I was very lucky to have received mine. It is everything you want in a Quadcopter. Amazing 4K video, Very compact, Easy to fly, I can go on and on. You will not be disappointed. It was well worth the money.

Stability, performance and distance, this drone does not leave you wanting! If you are into photography (Still shots), this will open the door to a whole new perspective and ease of getting to the place that provides an optimal viewpoint. Although it only has a 12 megapixel 1/2.3 sensor, with just about any photo editing software you will be amazed at the images this camera will provide !

This was an early Christmas gift for my husband. Initially I told him no as he would turn out to be just another Craigslist poster searching for his lost drone but after hearing about the homing, distance alert and other applications I decided to let it happen and see how it turned out. Plus, I got a new MacBook Pro out of the deal and there's no way I'll ever lose it in a tree or the water. First big trip was Thanksgiving home and my brothers and Dad fell in love! I fully expected one of them to have one before we got home but he lasted longer than I thought. We now have drone play dates!

I researched drones and over all decided on the Mavic because of its size and all it’s capablities. After a month plus of use I am very happy with this product.
