I really enjoy flying this device, it took me a few tries to decide which flying mode that I liked. I prefer mode two of the four. The flying mode is the control layout. I'm still exploring all of the options that this device has to offer. So, I will do a followup at a later date. When I bought this the Mavic 2 came out one week later. But with the sale on this and price match, plus being the combo pack, I think that I did better than the price point for the second version. There are a few differences, but at this time, I'm still getting used to this version. Perhaps in the future I will consider an upgrade but not now. I suggest a hard case to protect your device. This was my first drone. I used it for a whole weekend right after purchasing it. It does take some time to get used to. I bought the fly more combo, which I would recommend since it comes with two extra batteries, a car charger, some extra propellers, a nice little carrying bag, and a multi-battery charger - only charges one battery at a time though :/ The image quality in daytime is outstanding, but if you plan on doing some night shots you might want to get the Phantom 4 Pro. Overall it is a really good first drone and it has a lot of advanced features which I have yet to try out. I would recommend this to someone who is willing to sacrifice a little image quality for portability and apparently wind resistance.

Beats my solo and my phantom 3. The meat fact that it folds up and is so easily packable Is gold for those who like to travel like me. Tons of smart shots. Object detection. Moves fast. Great camera.

This Drone is portable, easy to fly, stable, excellent battery life and the price for what you are getting is excellent. I have done extensive research on drones, and I am more than happy with my purchase.

The mavic pro drone is fantastic. I had the original bebop drone before this and mavic pro makes it feel like a toy. Very stable flight even at low tempatures and winds reaching its limit. Lastly, the camera meets all expectation, I love the ability to change all the settings like iOS, shutter and appatur.

The drone is absolutely amazing. The technology in it with the extended battery life and range trumps others. The size and the ability to fold up and put in backpack is also an amazing feature.

1. This drone is light weight and compact. It folds and becomes even more compact. I can and do take the the drone everywhere I go. 2. Camera and gimbal are excellent. I made some 4K videos that are professional grade. 3. Safety features are fantastic. This my first drone I ever purchased or flew. And the only reason for that is you have to be extremely wreck less to wreck this baby. 4. It is expensive but for all the advantages and for being the best in its class, its worth it. 5. If you want fly and enjoy get the fly more pack. 15-24 minutes of fly time( based on how you fly), will go by so quickly and the battery will be low. Keep in mind this drone offers almost the most flying time

I absolutely love this drone! DJI quality means it practically flies itself! With its super-compact folding design you take this thing everywhere you go. I highly recommend the fly-more combo, you get a great quality carry case and 2 more batteries. The app, software and hardware all perform flawlessly!

I've had several "toy" drones and crashed and burned them all within days so was a little worried about getting basically the equivalent of a flying laptop computer. While the set-up / documentation is certainly "light" (e.g. none) the app is easy to use and the controls intuitive. The drone is super easy to fly and has several nifty auto modes (like follow me). If you use common sense and keep it within line of sight it seems like it should be a reliable not-crasher-burner. The Android version of the app is a bit buggy (e.g. crashes) but is usable.

I am a beginner drone pilot and this drone puts tons of fun and user friendly controls all together. I was able to learn how to fly on the first flight, Camera is awesome, Video shoots in 4K, It is very easy to learn in for the novice person who has never flown anything. So easy. Front sensors for obstacle avoidance and different flight modes make for easy operation. If you want to use for hobby flying or commercial flights this is the drone you need to own. Be AWARE!! you must register this drone with the FAA, ( $6.00 Fee) you can get fined if you dont have reg# on drone. To operate commercially ( charge money ) you need a part 107 operators license but not required for recreational flights

This packaged deal is great. The drone is perfect and takes amazing video and pictures. Batteries last long and charge fast. The bag it comes with isn't big enough to fit everything you get but there are many options out there that will fit it all and then some. Recommend the Bower 6 pack filters for amazing shots as well a phone/tablet mount for it as putting the phone between the controller arms is odd and you usually have to remove your phone case. Don't buy the antenna amplifiers they don't work regardless what people say. Only use the side port for charging. The only thing I don't like about the controller is it will provide power to your phone if plugged in.

I absolutely love this drone. The camera is awesome and it's such a stable flyer. It's so compact that you can take it anywhere to be ready to take some great footage when the opportunity arises.

I came from the DJI Phantom 3 advance to this drone.. so far it's amazing. Great image quality and it's very stable.. it's a great beginner drone! Very easy to fly! You won't be disappointed!

Easy to fly and easy to carry around! Love this MPro I would recommend if u never had a drone, u should go and grab this one 30 min of fly time ! And the speed is amazing!

The wife and I have had 'toy' drones before and didn't really like them. They were hard to control. This little guy though. The Mavic Pro makes you feel like you've been flying drones forever. Easy to use and, with the fly more pack, provides plenty of stick time. The video is excellent and the software provided helps you make some really good videos with music! Be sure to register your drone at the government website. It's only 5 bucks. Don't register anywhere else or they will charge you a LOT more. Be sure to get an app that shows where you can fly without getting into trouble as well. The controller even works with my Note 8! So much fun.

I have 3 Drones. 2 are DJI Pamtoms, The Mavic is Easy to fly, and Video is phonominal. It has features such as active track, and will hover in place very well even under windy conditions.

Love the Mavic Pro! Great flight time, super portable, numerous safety features, 4K footage and lots of intelligent flight modes. Offers something for everyone. What's not to love?

This is my first legit drone but have played with many cheap ones over the years. This thing blows the competition out of the water in my opinion. It's portable, mostly dummy proof, and nothing short of amazing! I can make scenes that look like they're straight of a movie! It has features on top of features! It's my favorite thing to play with right now! I take it out on hikes, family outings, mountain biking, dirt biking, exploring! Seriously go buy this thing! I have been looking for a drone and initially was looking at the Phantom. But the more I thought about it, the more I realized a fold up portable one would suit me better. This thing is awesome! I’ll leave the bigger not so portable drones for the professional Photogs. Such great fun!

Been looking for a Quadcopter for a while. After doing my research and reading reviews I decided on the Mavic Pro. Very easy to fly, rock solid performance, great aerial pictures and video. I fly RC planes and I am very happy I added this Quadcopter to my collection. So much fun to fly!
