I purchased this drone combo deal a few weeks ago, hit the ground running and never looked back. Not only is the pricing beyond competitive, but the ordering process was simpler than I could've possibly imagined and the quality of the product is seriously top notch. I'm a brand new beginner with regard to flying drones, and this is the perfect little combo platter for a beginner to become acquainted with flying a drone. It really is. The setup and firmware updating is simple, the instructions are accessible and easy to understand and the basics of FPV flight are only challenging enough to make the process s total blast. Not only am I loving every moment with my DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo, but I'm also eager to try learning to fly other DJI drones as well. I'm also looking forward to purchasing the RC 2 controller and learning to fly using that. Without a doubt in my mind, I'm 100% coming back to Best Buy's website for all of my drone needs. In addition to being profoundly impressed with the product in general, I was also somewhat blown away by the quick turnaround time with the shipping process. It was delivered to my home in just a couple of days, and it arrived in fantastic condition. I understand that the more I rant and rave about the experience I've had purchasing this product through Best Buy makes me seem like a cheap advertisement or a plant for the company, but I'm genuinely and completely blown away by each and every step in the process. Thanks, Best Buy!! You guys knocked this one out of the park. I'll certainly be giving you my business moving forward. Oh, and one more thing... After scouring the internet for the best deal around, I absolutely found it with Best Buy. The pricing was second to none. If you're considering picking up a DJI drone, I'd highly suggest that you give Best Buy's app/website an honest shot. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend!! **Note: I purchased the case separately**
