Mine was one of them. It freezes, the app it comes with didn't work properly (which is important because you operate the camera SOLEY through a mobile phone), and the focus eventually was stuck and wouldn't refocus on anything. Google before buying. Unfortunately I own DJI's drone, Phantom2 and had issues as well. The company support isn't the best. My review reflect in no way toward Best Buy but rather the manufacturer, DJI .

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Osmo Plus February 18 and I've had to return the twice to the DJI Repair. Gimbal and Camera keep breaking off (in 2 different places) from the handle. The first time the camera broke off from the handle, it was mounted to a bike. Yes, I was in a rugged terrain and I think from the vibration, the camera fell off. The second time, it fell off my desk from 29 inches and landed on the carpet and the bracket broke where it holds the camera to the handle. See the attached photo. I love my Gopro Hero 6 Black. It's a solid made camera and it takes better pictures. I don't think the Osmo Plus is worth the money.

With a lot of excitement I got the product it was super cheap made and when I bend it over it broke from the locking part I just got shocked and I didn’t know what to do I got my camera in just four hours and I didn’t know what to do beside of that the Wi-Fi connection sucks. So weak and super Chinese product that was not deserve to be called one of the DJI manufactured product. It looks super nice and professional but act like a toy camera. Never recommend that to my friends or anyone to buy and spends her time and money on thath so weak and super Chinese product that was not deserve to be called one of the DJI manufactured product.
