**Review: DJI Osmo Action 4** The DJI Osmo Action 4 is nothing short of amazing. From the moment I unboxed this action camera, it was clear that it was designed with both amateur and professional users in mind. Here’s why it stands out: **1. Stunning Video Quality:** The 4K HDR video capabilities are truly impressive. Whether I was shooting in bright sunlight or low-light conditions, the clarity and color reproduction were exceptional. The new sensor captures vibrant, sharp details that make my footage look professional without needing extensive post-processing. **2. Robust Build:** The Osmo Action 4 is built like a tank. Its rugged design and improved waterproofing ensure that it can handle extreme conditions. I took it on a kayaking trip, and despite splashes and occasional drops, it performed flawlessly. **3. User-Friendly Interface:** The touchscreen is intuitive and responsive, making it easy to navigate through settings and preview shots. The new quick-access menu is a game-changer, allowing me to adjust settings on the fly without fumbling through multiple screens. **4. Enhanced Stabilization:** The RockSteady 4.0 stabilization technology is fantastic. It smooths out even the bumpiest of rides, giving my action shots a cinematic feel. Whether I was running or cycling, the footage was stable and professional-looking. **5. Long Battery Life:** I was pleasantly surprised by the battery life. It lasts longer than I expected, which is crucial for long days of shooting. The quick-charging feature is also a nice touch, minimizing downtime. **6. Versatile Mounting Options:** The variety of mounting options available means that I can attach the Osmo Action 4 to almost anything. This versatility is perfect for capturing unique angles and perspectives that other cameras might not be able to achieve. Overall, the DJI Osmo Action 4 exceeded my expectations in every way. Its combination of high-quality video, durability, user-friendly design, and advanced features make it a top choice for anyone in need of a reliable and powerful action camera. Whether you're an adventure seeker or just looking to capture high-quality video, this camera is well worth the investment.

I’ve been using the DJI Action 4 for a bit now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The video quality is super sharp, and what really stands out is how well it performs in low light compared to other action cameras I’ve tried. Night shots and indoor footage look clean and detailed instead of grainy. The stabilization is excellent — even while moving or recording action, the footage comes out smooth without needing extra editing. The magnetic mount system is also a huge plus. It makes switching mounts quick and easy, which is perfect when you’re on the go. Battery life has been solid for me, and the camera doesn’t overheat easily, even during longer recordings. The menus are simple to use, and the touch screen is responsive. It also feels well built and durable, so I don’t worry about using it outdoors or around water. Overall, the DJI Action 4 is a great choice if you want high-quality video, strong stabilization, and reliable performance. Definitely worth it for travel, sports, or everyday recording.

DJI Osmo Action 4 Review I’ve been running the DJI Osmo Action 4 on my off-road and outdoor trips, and I’m honestly really impressed with it. The video quality is excellent, even in rough terrain, dust, and changing light conditions. Whether I’m riding my UTV in the mountains or exploring desert trails, the footage comes out sharp, smooth, and very clear. One thing I really like is the stabilization. Even on bumpy trails, the video stays steady and watchable, which makes a huge difference when filming off-road. The colors look great right out of the camera, and it handles bright sunlight and shadows surprisingly well. The camera itself feels solid and well built, which is important when you’re using it in harsh environments like dirt, dust, and vibration from a machine. The battery life has been good for my rides, and the touchscreen menus are simple and easy to use. Overall, the DJI Osmo Action 4 has been a great camera for capturing my outdoor adventures. If you’re looking for something reliable that produces high-quality footage in tough conditions, it’s definitely worth checking out.

I've been using the DJI Osmo Action 4 for a couple of months now, I've got to say, it's definitely a must have gadget for anyone who’s serious about capturing all the vibes and vistas on their adventures. From snapping that quick weekend trip to the trails to getting that slick slo mo of your downhill mountain bike run, this camera has not disappointed. First off, the set up is a breeze. Straight out of the box, it's pretty much grab and go. The camera itself is robust, handling both the knocks and splashes of outdoor life without a hitch. The quality of the footage is where this little beast truly shines, offering up to 4K resolution at 60fps, which means your videos look crisp and professional. The Rocksteady stabilization feature is a real good and I mean GOOD, keeping footage smooth as silk no matter how bumpy the ride gets. I particularly love the intuitive user interface. It’s got a well designed touch screen that’s straightforward to navigate, even for a tech newbie. The camera’s quick switch (QS) button allows you to hop between modes effortlessly, which is perfect when you’re in the thick of the action and need to adapt quickly. Battery life is good but not great. I’ve used it for prolonged shooting sessions and it keeps ticking without constant recharges, thanks to the decently sized battery. Plus, with the option to use it as a webcam, it’s also found a permanent spot on my desk for those endless video calls, serving dual duty when I’m not out and about. However, it’s not all sunsets and rainbows. There are a couple of minor niggles to consider. The device requires a bit of familiarity to dig through some deep menus for specific settings, which might be a tad overwhelming for first timers. Also, while the mobile app enhances functionality, it can be a bit buggy at times. The bundle it comes with is pretty comprehensive, though. You get a nice array of mounts, which means you can attach it to just about anything. Whether you’re mounting it on your helmet as you parachute from a plane or strapping it to your bike, you're covered. In summary, this action camera is a solid choice for those who want a reliable action camera that delivers quality footage and is versatile enough to fit almost any active lifestyle. It’s rugged, user friendly, and despite a few hitches with software, its performance and portability make it a standout option for capturing life’s great (and fast-moving) moments. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a daily vlogger, this camera might just be the new go-to in your tech arsenal.

So, you can use this as an action camera or just a 4k video camera. The quality is excellent and with the DJI mic 2 transmitter you can get 32 bit float( better audio level control) you have a powerhouse of a combo . Also, the stabilization can go from good to crazy good with horizon balancing. It's good enough to look like you are using a gimball with only a selfie stick. The adventure combo is the best one to go with, you get 2 extra batteries and a charging case . Each battery is about 2.5 hours . Cons: over heating, I was recording myself while driving and I got the overheating message. The good thing is the camera didnt stop recording it just put the front screen to sleep I was recording for at least 2 hours . Its probably best to not keep the front screen on the whole time . So all in all this is a great camera. Better than my go pro hero 8

Bought the Action 4 after running the Hero 11, I have to say, the video quality is better for Off-Road UTV’s, less fish eye in the videos, the batteries run longer, the quick charger with the bundle is a must have. I can run batteries back to back and run an entire day of riding just using the 3 bay charger plugged into my Utv. Touch screen on both sides is fantastic, best feature is the magnetic mount, so easy to switch from different mounts. Definitely a great set up for action outdoors. I’ve made some amazing videos already, highly recommend this camera, dji has really made it easy to make professional videos and photos.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to comment on products from other manufacturers so I won't give the exact model I'm comparing with, but it's a very recent top of the line model by the direct competition. Let's just say that even though the video and still resolutions are lower (4K video, 10MP stills, vs. 5.3K and 27MP), the actual fidelity and dynamic range of the videos and images are simply better in the Action 4 with more real detail (See attached screenshot). The overall usage is also better with a more convenient attachment system, front touch screen, less fiddly menu system, more flush and portable triple battery case when carrying extras, better battery life and the list goes on. This is a very polished and well thought of product. Buy it and enjoy using it!

I really like the colors, the quality of the videos, and how easy it is to mount and unmount from the stick. The battery seems to run out faster than I hoped, but it’s nice that the bundle comes with 3 batteries! Also, I wish I could zoom in more when i’m recording my son. The camera lense is more to record yourself than another person, and the purpose of my purchase is mainly to record my kids skiing.

Camera has a good quality, I’m to glad o bought it cause is to easy film on road.

Purchased this before an international trip and it's been of great use since. This bundle comes with the camera, two magnetic mounts, 2 extra batteries with a charging case and the extendable rod. Picked up a travel case and extra accessories on Amazon which makes this super neat for travel use! Pictures and video quality is great - we paired it with a 512GB SD card which we still haven't filled up yet :) Touch screen is very responsive and having the ability to set it up with a phone for extra features is great. Excited for each travel we have with this small but mighty action camera.

I love this camera it is great I got it for our trip out of the country and it did everything I needed it to do scuba diving and everything and it takes great videos and pictures

Awesome action cam better than go pro. Video quality is excellent and excellent low light performance. Rock steady keeps your adventures stabilized. Action bundle is worth the price of admission. Also been using this thing as my web cam.

The camera is wonderful! My whole family has enjoyed the camera and the kids had a blast in summer because they were able to play in the pool. Definitely in love with the brand and the products, worth the prices.

This is my second DJI Osmo Action. I had the first one and that was great, but this new version is even better. Great quality photos and videos for any content creation you are into whether for hobby or career. The magnetic clip to the rod is a great improvement and easy to maneuver on the screens.

Great upgrade from the original osmo action camera I use it on the motorcycle and for shooting videos of my dogs. Very easy to operate and videos are crystal clear.

My camera for everything. Works amazing. Will not go back to the other one… This picture was taken in low light and looks good still

Great camera for action shots. I use this camera for training and on the job incidents and has held up real good.
