This charger will charge 1 battery and 1 controller for the phantom 3. I have added it to my collection so I can now charge 2 batteries at one time with the addition of this extra charger.
Unfortunately I have to carry both chargers and plug them both in. But it let's me get in the air faster than just one even with the charging hub.

Bought a phantom 3 and the charger crapped out after the very first charge. Best Buy had them in stock same day. DJI took over a month to complete the process of replacing a defective charger on a brand new $1000 aerial camera.

With only a battery life of 20 to 25 minutes you go through them quickly when using the drone regularly so having an extra charger is a major plus.
