This hobby copter is so fun words can't explain it. It provides hours of enjoyment and excitement. The amateur photographer really comes to show the self.

This is a great drone, but it is not a simple plug and play device! Very difficult to set up, it comes with poor instructions and you need a compatible I pad type device to fly. Recommend researching before you buy! U tube is very helpful with set up!

I am still working on getting my license since I will be using it mostly in my business but I have played with it in my backyard. This thing is fun!

Awesome quad. Also on the nextar by ALLTEL and a unique Q 500 but the phantom for pro is really awesome

For the money I paid I thought it would be better. The batts have really short life. If you wait awhile the price went from 1800 to 900 now

The copter works great. Sometimes have trouble with the DJI GO app staying connected; it's a documented "feature" you can read about on the web.

I really enjoyed flying this drone just didn't appreciate the fact that an insurance plan isn't offered for something so expensive and fragile

I knew I wanted the phantom 4. But choosing where to buy it was the question. I chose Best Buy because their customer service is always on point.

the dji phantom 4 is the best quad cupter i ever bought, easy to program and fly. my only issue was with the batteries, had to return it twice before i was satisfied with the batteries not working right but still it's the best so far.

Very intelligent and advanced drone. If you are unaware of certain areas that are restricted, the drone itself will not fly. Also many flying aids from autopilot perespective. I just started flying and I am very pleased with the drone.

I love the advanced better then the pro. I actually returned my pro for the advanced simply because the pro had to many nanny features.

I've been very happy with my purchase! Word of advice...spend the extra money and put the extended warranty on this because you most likely will wreck it at one point and it will save you in the end! Speaking from personal experience.

Awesome drone!! I especially like the black edition. Have had absolutely no problems with the drone or batteries. Its a blast to fly!!!

Best investment I've made in a while. Only problem I have now is when it rains (no flying). This makes a great hobby and lots of fun.

This is my second Quadcopter. My first was the DJI Phantom 3 Standard. This is far and above a better upgrade. I would reccommend.

This is a very responsive device with precise control features. Operating instructions and suggestions were easy to find online.

Great machine right out of the box. Super easy to fly! Just let go of the sticks and the bird will hover without "floating" at all.

I love the drone. This is not a toy; however. It is a sophisticated drone with some serious hardware. Enjoy it and fly it safely.

I bought a Phantom 4, flew it less than 10 times, never crashed it. Camera stopped working properly so I sent it in for repair. Was amazed at the list of broken parts that I argued should've been covered under warranty (less than 4 months old) $175 that they agreed to fix. I got it back, rattling screw fell out, wouldn't link up to my remote so I had to send it back again, this time with the remote. They contacted me with a list of items needing repair which were identical to the broken items from the first repair. Had to argue with them that I didn't break it because the drone wouldn't pair with the remote, so I couldn't have broken it! Both repairs were lengthy and unsatisfactory. My unit is STILL inoperable and the display on my phone is telling me to send it in for repair. This drone is a piece of $1,300 junk and I will never recommend that anyone buys one. The unit we have at my work is experiencing the same issues. Setting up the drone out of the box is hit and miss but I couldn't have done it without YouTube and the help of a friend who has the model down. This wouldn't work with Android, or first gen IPad mini. Couldn't get firmware to load up properly on 5S so I had to use someone else's phone for the Phantom 3 to just get the drone to start, then I could update it. Product is terrible, support is terrible, and service is terrible. BUY SOMETING ELSE! My next machine is going to be a Karma.

This product requires considerable get ready time to be certain it performs as expected. So far the experience has ben good.
