I tested this on a 22 hour video shoot. I almost used one battery only. Very easy to set up, very durable and best of all, very easy to use. I've owned other electronic stabilizers in the past, but nothing like this. DJI is probably the only thing you need to look at for video accessories, from incredible drones to incredible stabilizers..

The Ronin is what every videographer needs for ceaseless motion. It makes every edit look twenty times more professional. Love it

DJI, is known for making great drones, but they also make great gimbals. The Ronin M is great for DSLR like my Canon 80d & GH5. DJI assist app you can download for IOS and Android makes tuning easy. There is a learning curve to balancing it correctly. But, Youtube has great video tutorials on how to balance and use the Ronin more efficiently. The ability to make smooth shots happen without having high grade steadycam or movie gear is amazing! Im having a lot of fun using it for shoots.

I love the ronin m. If you want your footage to look professional and stand out from others then this is an easy buy. I bought my ronin m and easily set it up , YouTube has easy instructions on how to balance it and set it up . You will need to have a dslr that has good autofocus such as the t6i or even better canon 70d or canon 80d. If you have a manual lense then you will need to purchase something that will allow another operator to pull focus. I'm using the kit lens that came with the canon t6i autofocus and it works great . Canon 80 d has the best autofocus tho and that's what I am going to upgrade to. But all in all I love the ronin m

Set up was a little difficult but after all the firmware updates it worked amazingly.

The Ronin M has been a good investment. Easy to balance with great smooth results.

Carbon Fiber along with a motor gimbal makes it light and easy to shoot any video with steady movement

Pros: Easy to setup and works stabilize camera/looks cool, battery is the best last very long Cons: no thumb controller build on / or included and handle bars locking unscrew itself so no very safe almost drop my camera, no tripods attachment/adaptador included but comes with Remote control that looks from the 80's (it still in bag) Stabilizer still heavy so eventually I'm getting a back support for it that cost more. Lots of fun.

This gimbal is amazing! If your look for that smooth pan and tracking shot this is what you need! I don't like the app... itso awful.. don't even attempt to use it or it will have your ronin become a $1500 paperweight. I have figured out that if you just connect it to your computer via USB the problem is solved.. but that also means that u need your computer everytime to fine tune it.. other than that it's pretty great... I would buy again

I was hesitant about purchasing this bigger ticket item but my nerves were more than settled after seeing test footage on day 1. This stabilizer can be a little tricky to get set up but once it is properly balanced with your camera it is excellent at what it does.

Got this for my husband who is a photographer and and upcoming film producer. It is a must have for anyone going down the same road. The stability of the video is a crisp and clean as the movies!

i love this gimbal it comes with two batteries but i bought the bigger battery pack just so i didnt have to change them out so often

This is definitely one of the best gimbals out here. I was surprised by how long the battery lastst and the fact that it comes with 2 batteries.

The product is great. It took my footage to another level. Even though my camera has 3 axis stability. The gimbal changed everything.

I am a beginning cinematographer and this is a perfect, fairly inexpensive peice of equipment that all film makers should own!!

I think this product is a good product for someone who’s already familiar with gimbals. This is not a beginners tool but it does capture extremely smooth shots with minimal shakiness

This is by far the best stabilizer i've ever used! And I owned a Glidecam before this, which is already pretty good.
