That’s why the DJI RONIN RS4 isn’t optional in my kit, it’s the spine of it. This gimbal takes the abuse of constant movement, keeps a heavy rig balanced without begging for mercy, and delivers smooth tracking that makes chaos look like choreography. I might look like I’m sprinting blind, but you’d never know it from the footage. Five stars, no hesitation. If you’re serious about stabilization and need a system that can comfortably carry 6.5 lbs of glass and body without folding on you, the RS4 is the buy. Don’t overthink it. Don’t second-guess it. Just invest, and thank me later.

i upgraded from the RS3 Mini to the RS4 because my lens was a bit too heavy for the rs3 mini and im very happy with my purchase. Ive been using this product for around a month now and have had 0 issues, it handles my camera and lens smooth as butter and the battery is extreely long lasting. I would reccomend this to any intermediate videographer without a doubt.

This gimbal holds a surprising amount of weight and has amazing features. Having the ability to fine tune each motors speed and sensitivity is so huge and having the balancing guide is really cool. It took me a while to get the footage I was looking for out of this gimbal but I learned that it takes practice as does any gimbal. It can support my big Canon R6ii with a 2.8 70-200 with no issues. Something that most gimbals can not do. I will be sticking with DJI this time.

The DJI RS 4 has been a huge upgrade for my workflow. Setup is fast, balancing is straightforward, and once it’s dialed in the footage looks incredibly smooth. It’s quick to get up and running, the controls are intuitive, and it’s comfortable to hold for longer takes. It also pairs really well with heavier camera setups, which gives you confidence when you’re shooting paid work and need consistent results. If you shoot video regularly and want that polished cinematic movement without fighting your gear, the RS 4 is absolutely worth it.

Let's be real, I think the marketing inspired me to make sure I got this particular RS 4. It's the best one, no question about it. We're already inseparable lol, and I can tell we're going to make some amazing things happen together. The DJI Ronin RS4 handles my Sony FX30 flawlessly! no balance issues at all. Setup is quick, and balancing is a breeze. My favorite feature by far is the auto-locking mechanism is a total game changer! It lets me move between shots much faster without worrying about rebalancing or setup delays.

This is my first gimble. The DJI Ronin RS4 is an amazing contraption. Balance your camera right, set it up the way that works for you and it’s amazing. I currently have a canon r50 with a canon RF 24-105 F/4L IS USM lens, with the DJI zoom mounted, DJI Mic 2 and I love it. Don’t hesitate and if you plan to use a photo/video camera the RS4 is more than enough, you’ll never exceed 6.6 pounds. Nor would you want to with a humble like this, if you do, you’d want a Ronin cage style gimble that’s bigger and distributes the weight better.

Great for filmmakers or small creators. Very versatile gimbal and easy to use once you get the hang of it. I've been using DJI's products for years and they continue to amaze me. Only thing I wish it had was compatibility with Lidar Pro but only the Pro model has that

User friendly, the weight of the product along with your device can be somewhat hard to manage with long events, but all in all performs well.

Awesome! Much better than rs 4 mini for my camera set Sony A7iv + tamron 28-200

It’s definitely one of the most interesting and useful products for DJs, the results during recording look much more professional. However, it has so many modes and handling options that it can be a bit tricky to operate at first. Still, practice makes perfect!

This gimbal helps me out a lot because it smooth out my video quality if use premium it’s very good build in general I love it. it less up to 12 hours of battery life

Great product. Butter smooth and can handle all sorts of situations. Can handle my Lumix G95D with ease once properly set up.

The DJI RS 4 is a beast when it comes to stabilization. The build quality feels premium and solid, and the battery life is excellent — easily lasting through long shoots. It keeps footage incredibly smooth even when moving quickly, and setup with my Sony camera was easy. The only downside is the weight. Once you mount your camera, it can get heavy after a while, especially for handheld use. Still, it’s one of the best gimbals out there for serious creators who want pro-level stability and reliability.
