I have one of those old box TV that never dies. I have finally decided to get a new TV. Best Buy made it so easy and just haul it away when they delivered my new. The dinasaur is finally gone!

Geek squad put up my new tv and took out the huge old one. Service for removal of old television took longer than scheduled. Schedule for that week but took 3 weeks for removal so it sat in front yard as an eye sore. Was glad when they finally picked it up. It took awhile but would still use them again.

So nice to have our old plasma TV hauled away by Geek Squad. This service was one of The factors that led us to Best Buy, and the Geek squad people were careful, fast and efficient.

had 2 tv's to haul away. The old 50" LCD I was replacing, and old 19" tube in storage. Took both with no problem, otherwise would cost me more of my time and expense.

My old TV was a huge heavy 65 inch projection type, wow the delivery guys picked that up and hauled it away with no effort. Would recommend Best Buy’s haul away service.

We had an older aka heavy set in the basement. The geek squad delivered the new unit to the basement and carried the old unit out. Some we were no longer able to do.

I had an old Toshiba 2008 32" TV way too small heavy and outdated; thanks for taking it away; it would have been too heavy for me to safely transport or even sell!!

This Old TV was a dinosaur and trust me it weighed a ton. They sent over some giants to move this without damaging anything. Would definitely recommend again.

They carried the old TV out & carried the new TV in. We never had to lift a finger. They took away all the packing material...could not have been easier for us!!

Getting rid of an old TV set is becoming an onerous task, at best. I was happy to hear of the TV Haul Away service at Best Buy. What could be simpler.

For the price of the haul away vs taking it and paying to dispose of it we will definitely use this service again !

At no cost, after my new Samsung smart tv was installed, Geek Squad hauled away my old very heavy tv. Great that this service is provided.

There is no way my husband and I could have loaded and hauled away the old tube TV. Plus we would have had to pay to take to the land fill.
