I was wanting to buy this for my mom's birthday as she loves this show, but at the price point I was a little hesitant. BestBuy.com's customer service was great and had no problem price matching it for me when I found a cheaper price. Love the show and so glad to have most of the seasons and the TV movies in one boxed set!! Great show for the whole family.

What's a doctor to do when he has a phobia to blood? Work in a country township. If you like British humor and sarcastic doctors then you'll enjoy this series. Doc Martin is a character you'll love because he says what's on your mind and can't get away with saying. PBS is now airing the series, but you'll need to get the series if you want to watch in order.

Follows the daily life of a doctor including all of his trials and problems of everyday life made into some old fashion humorous situations. He just can't seem to stay away from funny happenings. He seems to not ever understand the way other people think. He cannot identify with any of them. We really enjoy this series.

If you enjoy British comedies you will enjoy Doc Martin. Some of the humor I don't understand because of the British slang, but I enjoyed it so much I bought a copy for my Mom. She thinks its hilarious.
