10th doctor can do no wrong and released on blu ray!

Simply put, this is an amazing deal for the amount of content you get in this boxed set. Three full seasons and a handful of specials that comprise the entire tenure of David Tennant would have once cost hundreds of dollars on DVD, but now you can get everything on Blu-ray for under $25. Tennant is my favorite of the Doctors, and these are my favorite episodes from the show, so buying a physical copy at this price was a no-brainer considering how often streaming services drop content. A must-buy for Doctor Who/David Tennant fans. Set includes a slip-cover with two Blu-ray cases storing all the discs.

First off - this is simply a great idea - a whole series of a single performer's portrayal available in one collection for under $50.00. The packaging is no-frills but effective. All disks are securely held, packaging is eco-friendly (ok, not cardstock but still minimal.) Content is crisp, clear, good quality and as advertisted contains all of Tennant's episodes from the Christmas episode onward (so just post-regeneration through the extended length episodes.) If you're a Doctor Who fan or a Tennant fan this collection at this price is a must-have.

I was never a Doctor Who fan until David Tennant. His Doctor remains the best incarnation of this iconic series. When they run his series on the BBC and I happen to find it while channel surfing, I stop whatever I'm doing and watch the episodes again. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but I love this series. The sale price on this set made me buy two.

My mom absolutely loves Dr. Who and she would watch them all the time on tv. She had watched them enough times on tv to realize there were short bits cut out of the show when it aired on tv to make room for commercials. Those last few seconds can really change the feel of the episode if they’re cut out. Now she can watch every episode uncut and on HD Blu-ray!

David Tennant made a great modern Doctor. The stories are deeper and he sfx much better. Wide variety of stories including some all time favorites and classic characters given another go around. A much more adult Who than some with a conflicted Doctor that did not dare change too much. This was a return to the original conflict with the other Time Lords that didn’t agree with his meddling much preferring to be observers than participants.

These are good dvds. I got the bluray version but could've probably gotten away with the regular dvds since the quality of the film isn't enough to justify the bluray. Maybe the later seasons will be higher quality. When I bought this, it was actually cheaper than the dvds which is the only reason I got the bluray. The sounds could be equalized better. It's hard to hear them talking, but the music and action scenes are very loud.

This blu-ray collection contains Doctor Who Series 2-4 as well as a series of holiday specials that aired between series 4 and 5. It is a great run of classic stories at an incredible price. This doesn't include his appearance in later specials, but at this cost it's amazing that it includes as much as it does with content like the two animated specials and loads of bonus features. Highly recommended!

Great show at a great price. This set covers seasons 2 though 4 of doctor who for around 20 dollars which is half of what season 1 would cost. It is frustrating that this is the only good deal you can get for now on doctor who all the other sets are really pricey so hopefully you don't get to hooked on its doctor goodness.

Being a semi-"Whovian" this collection includes all of David Tennant's episodes including the Christmas episodes and the "Specials" from his time between his last and Matt Smith's first along with some other specials including the wedding of Sarah Jane. Good choice for anyone looking to get "caught up" on The Doctor.

As a Brit living in America I consider myself a total Who-varian. I've lived through a number of generations of "the doctor". When the BBC rebooted the Doctor Who show it soon became apparent that David Tennant had exactly what it takes to make everything 'perfect'. It's an incredible journey, if you've not seen this then you're simply missing out.

Forget the crap from the last few years. This is the good stuff! David Tennant's run on DW feature some of the most fun excursions in the modern era of the show. Not as childish as Matt Smith or as dreary as Capaldi. Tennant will hold the warm spot in Who-fans' hearts for the modern era that Tom Baker holds for the original run.

This is by far my favorite Doctor and then Matt Smith. This is the series that truly brought me back to the doctor all those years ago! It is what I hoped for from David Tennant! The way he can twist the dialogue is amazing. Buy this series no not hesitate worth every last second!

Great set. Very happy to see it released on blu-ray and I am complete doctor set

This set is a definite improvement over the DVDs, however expectations should be tempered given the source material for most of it was originally shot is SD. It looks like all supplements were carried over, plus there is a bonus 17 minute interview with David Tennant.

What can you say. Doctor Who. I grew up on Tom Baker, and to me David Tennant does a great job of bringing back that style of fun. Don't get me wrong I've enjoyed everyone so far, they all have contributed well to the series. It's just David had given it the life that was needed to make the show become what it is today.

Considering how ridiculously expensive it is to buy each blu ray series featuring Tennant separately, this set is an absolute steal. The quality of the show speaks for itself. Some of my favorite Doctor Who episodes reside in this set. If you're new to Doctor Who, I can guarantee you're in for a treat!

If you love Doctor Who, this is just extra of David Tennant’s things. Mostly the highlights of his career as The Doctor. You could honestly just get the DVD’s of his seasons and still have all of the episodes here plus some of the ones that aren’t on this collection set.

This is an awesome set, I was able to replace my older DVD season collection (4, including specials) with this one for cheap. Takes less space on the shelf and is of better quality. I wish they would do it for all the doctors, maybe it's in the works (there is a Matt Smith set. but only on DVD).

If you're a fan of Doctor Who, and you want to own all of the seasons, this is an inexpensive way to knock all of the David Tennant seasons off of your buy list. The value in this boxed set is outstanding, I just wish they would create similar box sets for the other Doctors.
