The shipping box showed no signs of damage, but there was a ton inside. The item box was crunched in the corner (there was no packing material), all the cases had cracks in the spines, one case has a spilt/tear up the hinge, and one case is completely missing the hinges that hold the disc pages in place! There were also loose discs, but luckily none of them were damaged (one was dirty, but cleaned up easily). I would have given this one star, but the discs play and the figures were undamaged. Sadly, I'll probably end up buying a disc binder due to the lack of quality control. What makes this worse is that I can't exchange it for another one because of it's limited release. It's sold out everywhere. I'll be contacting Best Buy after the holiday weekend to see what options I have.

Shipping box and product box were fine. However, open opening the product itself, multiple discs were loose, sliding around for who knows how long during shipping and probably in the factory. One of the Blu-ray cases was already broken and cannot close. There aren’t even enough spaces for all the discs to rest - I need to put several into other disc holders so that they won’t become more damaged.

I was excited that I managed to get this set since i grew up watching David Tennant as the Doctor, but when the package arrived I found that multiple (about 5) discs were loos and scratched to the point that my blu-ray player wont play them. The shipping box wasnt damaged or dented but the official packaging was as well as one of the box sets being cut across the front. Since this is a collector's item I cant find one to exchang or replace the damaged disks.

The quality of this product is extremely poor. I had assumed since this collection was blu ray, the cases they come in would be blu ray or of blu ray quality as well. This was not the case. Instead, they used the cheap multi tray dvd cases with terrible disc release pins that feel like they’ll break when attempting to remove the discs. The cases themselves are just thrown into the collection box which is not of very good quality either. The quality of the upscale is also poor. It’s hardly noticeable that it’s even Blu-ray. The only good thing was that I was able to get all seasons collected without having to buy them separately.

The cases are all DVD sized instead of blu-ray and the are is fairly boring. On top of that there is no episode lists anywhere so you essentially have a jumble of blu-rays in a big box.

As per other reviews, the packaging is terrible. The discs either fall out or you can’t get them out. An episode guide would have been helpful so you could locate a particular episode quickly. At least I have all the current episodes now on blu-ray but I won’t be getting rid of my older copies as i had intended.

While the price is fantastic for the content on the discs the cheap packaging and deceptive marketing images make this product a instant return. It's not so much a new collection as it is the cheap release of the discs in a better collection. If only that other collection existed.

its a good set if you can get your hand on it it has all the recent series up to 2023 the package is a bit disappointing wish they put more effort in the package and boxes

Glad to have the whole series in physical form, just wish the packaging was a bit better for it being a collectors edition. Some disc were loose in the cases but thankfully did not get scratched. Overall glad to have the set

Absolutely terrible packaging. Disks just sliding about to the point of not being able to be read by my player. For $175 I can't believe the choice of case they used for the set. Will see about getting a refund.

I haven't had the issues that others here have had. Mine arrived in perfect working order. Now I can watch all my favorite episodes without having a max subscription. If you have the chance to get this set in the future, do it

This is the definitive new who box set for any megafan of doctor who. Every episode from the 9th thru the 13th incarnation, with additional special featurettes thrown in.

I am glad I was able to finally have all of these in one place to watch whenever I would like. Thank you. The minifigures are super awesome!
