In the circular, timey-wimey universe of Doctor Who, the companions the are the real stars. Clara and Bill are 2 of the best characters ever. Thanx Pearl and Jenna Louise. Spoilers: Danny Pink saves the world.

I’ll give you that these are DVD, not BluRay so resolution isn’t FULL HD. That being said, the video quality is exceptional and completeness of the collection is beyond my expectations. Not only are ALL the multiple series’ episodes included BUT it seems ALL the specials are also included, something I did not expect and was overjoyed to find. To any fellow Whovian out there that has missed out on collecting the newer series, I urge you to buy these as you will not find a better value.

Doctor who is an amazing show. I honestly feel like its one of the best on TV, peter capaldi's performance is no exception. It has pretty good quality for it being on DVD, and its got tons of episodes.

Peter Capaldi reminded me of both the first Doctor, and looked a bit like the third (Pertwee). I liked his sometimes gruff and grumpy manner (which is what reminds me of the first doctor) and when it came time for him to regenerate, his speech was amazingly touching. And a the price? A great buy for Doctor Who fans!

If you've wanted to get into the Peter Capaldi era of Doctor Who before and didn't have the chance, this is the product for you! Having all of his seasons in one box set is a dream, and the price is unbelievably good. One of the best products I've picked up this year for sure!

This collection is a vanilla release, meaning it does not feature any extras. This is also why the cost is so low, making this a great introduction for Doctor Who for new fans, as well as a cost effective way for long time fans to complete their collection.

I was very pleased upon receiving this dvd boxset! I received said product earlier than originally stated to, and the case and dvds were fully intact (which has NOT been the case attempting to use several other places to order dvds/cds, new AND used, thru the pandemic...). The collection itself is good for the price and is good for what it is, just watching episodes without all the mega fanfare. As others have stated, there are no booklets, inserts, etc. in this set. One bonus, though, is that every single one of Capaldi's holiday specials that you have to purchase separate from the original individual season boxsets is included here. You can start with the very first episode and watch seamlessly through without having to purchase extra dvds to fill the gaps. Personally, I do not like the actual case (I prefer slim case editions of whole seasons), but that is no fault of Bestbuy; that is the particular manufacturer. My experience purchasing from Bestbuy was one of the greatest. Therefore, I will continue to purchase from them any time I need to spend the extra money on a new, non-used item.

I was able to get this thanks to some My Best Buy rewards certificates, ergo, I was able to get it for super cheap. The DVDs themselves are nice even though I wish they were available in Blu-ray, but I guess I cannot control much when it comes to that. Still though, only paying $5.29 for this entire set of the 12th Doctor (with free shipping) is something you cannot complain too much about.

I was pretty guarded when I first started watching this season but it turned out I loved Peter Capaldi's take on The Doctor! A must-have for any Doctor Who fan!

All of the Capaldi episodes in one place, for a great price! I couldn't find the collection on Blu-Ray, which is disappointing, but the DVDs are a great value!

Not my favorite Doctor but I am glad these were released bc the blu ray are really expensive. Great to catch up with and to have in the collection

Despite the media only being DVD I do think this is a great way to own all the Capaldi seasons/specials as the Blu Rays are very marked up here in America. It has all the T,V. episodes of Capaldi, not very much in the way of special features but for the price you're getting all this for I think is a fair trade. This is the purchase you make if you want to own the seasons to watch them. It isn't extravagant by any means but its the best option if you want to own them rather then stream it or if you're working on a budget. And at the time of writing this is $20. So well worth it in my eyes. Heaven Sent alone is worth it, but you also get Mummy on the Orient Express, The Doctor Falls, and all of it. It's fantastic!
