As the swan song for Peter Calpaldi, I was pleasantly pleased with not only his performance but as that of the First Doctor. I must admit Peter grew on me and I was not ready to see him go.

I am going to miss Peter Capaldi as the Doctor, almost as much as David Tennant. This was a great final act for him and had the bonus of the original Doctor guest starring I forget his name (sorry).

Good 4K HDR version of an OK episode of the Doctor Who reboot series. If you like the episode its a good release, better its usually on sale.

This was a great bow out for Peter Capaldi as the Doctor. His portrayal of the Doctor was one of the best. This episode brings a closure to his version that you don't often see.

This was the big Christmas special when the Peter Capaldi Doctor regenerates into the Jodie Whitaker Doctor. I great story.

This was a great Blu ray. It included extra footage of the first doctor recreation of the Tenth Planet. Highly recommended.

Great finish to the 12th Doctor's run. Peter Capaldi was a great Doctor sad to see him go. And David Bradley was superb as the First Doctor.

Super cool that Doctor Who finally got a 4k release, but one single special for $20 isn't super worth it.
