This is one of the classic rap cds to have in your collection. There are explicit lyrics but still great to listen to.

This is my second time purchasing this cd. The first one I wore out listening to it too much.

One of the greatest hip hop albums of all time as this is Snoop Dogg's debut -- classic

Snoop Dogg reigned supreme in 93 with this CLASSIC. Snoop was perhaps one of the coolest rappers to emerge from the west during this time, and when he dropped this album, he took the east AND the west by storm. And what resulted was his ABSOLUTE BEST album to this very day. Here's the review: Album Highlights: The ENTIRE album, EVERY song here literally is a classic. Production: Thumbs up, laced with the supreme skills of Dr.Dre. Lyrics and Subject Matter: Thumbs up, Snoop doesn't rhyme like this today. Originality: Thumbs up. The Last Word: It's a shame that we don't have THIS Snoop today. But in 93, he was on top of the world, on top of his game, and TRULY in his prime. He didn't peak until he went to the corny No Limit Records in an attempt to resurrect his career. But with Doggystyle, he forged an unforgettable classic, up there with the likes of Dre's The Chronic. Another STRONG recommendation for this album. You won't regret buying this album.

Dope album If Snoop Dogg's debut, Doggystyle, doesn't seem like a debut, it's because in many ways it's not. Snoop had already debuted as a featured rapper on Dr. Dre's 1992 album, The Chronic, rapping on half of the 16 tracks, including all the hit singles, so it wasn't like he was an unknown force when Doggystyle was released in late 1993

Love snoop dogs music, the beats were made by Dr. DRE and Suge which is some of the best music I have ever played on my system. I use an audio control epicenter with some of this music and it really brings out the low frequency bass of the songs with out having to ruin them by slowing them down.

I purchase my CD's from Best Buy only because theu have their inventory very complete and modern to contemporary, and for all ages ....I like my recent purchase and can't hardly wait to make my next one ....soon...thank you Best Buy and all the staff who make the purchases easier. And informational.....
