Played for many hours with my six year old and he cannot get enough of it. Controls can be tricky depending on the scene but all in all, really fun.

We used to play with the old Nintendo version of this game. We love the remake in this game... Fun and great graphics, it won't disappoint you

This is not for young kids. It's just too challenging. The game is really fun, but boy, it's tough. Amazing graphics, sound and music.

Plays really well, the graphics are fantastic and it captures the feeling of the original Country series so perfectly. Very difficult = very fun.

This is a great game, but the difficulty curve may be a bit high for newcomers to the series. This game should be reserved for veterans or hardcore fans. Co-op makes the whole thing worthwhile, if a bit more difficult.

The game is very nice looking. It is super fun and very challenging. If you liked Donkey Kong Country Returns on the Wii you will love this.

I had played Donkey Kong on SNES and N64, and vaguely remembered the gameplay. When I started playing on the Wii U, they took the previous gameplay and ran, making it so much better. This game is a joy to play.

The difficulty on this series of games is no joke and this one is no different. My littlest of littles doesn't have a lot of success at this game...but he still has fun watching the frequent death animations.

engaging game with 3 dimensional type play. My kids range in age from 4 to 17 and all enjoy it. I don't mind jumping in sometimes, too.

This game is fun for the family to play. It seems to try to push replay value by requiring you to collect hidden pieces in each level, which seems annoying to me, but beyond that it is a fun game to play.

Of course like Mario games you don't play for the story, you play for the game. This is such a beautiful game. Has online leaderboards. The music is phenomenal especially since David Wise is the reason who did the music for the SNES DK games. The gameplay is very challenging which is fantastic. NOT for little kids unless your playing with them.

We got this for my four year old son on his birthday, after getting the Wii U for Christmas. He needed something new to play besides Mario, and he's still trying to get the hang of Infinity. He understood how to navigate through the levels on the game right away, as it is similar to the Mario games. I play this with him all the time. We have lots of fun playing it! My only complaint, although a very small one, is that it does take a minute to load, a little longer than other games.

I have been a fan of the DKC series since it started. Tropical Freeze is another fun (and beautiful) entry in this series.

This is my favorite game for the wii u. The graphics are fantastic and I love that there is same screen multiplayer. BUY THIS!!!!

Nintendo and Retro Studios have crafted yet another masterpiece and an overall great entry to the Donkey Kong Country franchise.

If you enjoy the Donkey Kong Country Series you will like this one. I recommend this game for anyone who has a Wii U.

It's a fun game! Easily played 2 player, and a little more difficult with only 1 player. Unfortunately, you don't have the option to play more than 2 people. (Unless I can't figure out how)
