No code for game provided - DLC only!

I'm very glad that Best Buy was willing to deliver my code for my Rip and Tear pack, but completely neglected to send me a valid code for the full game so the majority of my DLC is completely worthless! I guess it's nice that I can play Doom 64 to let off a little frustration, but I didn't need to purchase a $90 premium "digital deluxe" pack to just play Doom 64. Customer service has been backed up for over four hours now and I was able to get on the phone with one rep, who was super nice and transferred me to the digital downloads department but my call was immediately dropped, likely due to high call volume/technical problems. I also tried for over an hour to get into a help chat with a rep; no dice. I'm currently waiting on a callback from customer service with a 2+ hour wait time. I also cannot even attempt to apply for a refund without going through the very customer service I'm unable to reach. Stay classy, Best Buy. Best Buy is a dream when it comes to buying physical games, but a nightmare for anything digital. Avoid them like the plague! They've made Doom fans so angry that we've broken their poorly constructed customer support lines. I'm sure that Doom Eternal is a great game, but PLEASE purchase it anywhere else but here.

Says new release date? Never got the code. Checked Digital Library, email, nothing. Your digital pre-order has a new release date. We were just informed that the release date for the item listed below has been updated to Wednesday, March 18, 2020. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready to download. For additional details, see the What You Need to Know section below. Thanks for shopping at Best Buy®. Sincerely, Your Customer Care Team

Very bummed. Purchase date (pictured below) is incorrect. Got it more than a month ago. I would recommend the game, but not a messed up pre-order that doesn't give you a key for the game. So I'm putting no in the recommendation below.

Awesome game. Couldn't wait to play it on 4k with all the settings set to max. One of my all time playing games from when I was a kid.

Loved it then and still love it now. Anything Doom is awesome in my book. If you're a fan, you'll enjoy it too.

Doom Eternal and Bonus Redeem Code - NOT!

I just got an email to go to Best Buy's Digital Library to redeem and download Doom Eternal and it's skin bonus but did not get an actual valid redemption code! The code I got was "0". Yes a zero!!!! My Pre-Ordered DOOM Eternal confirmation digital download email from BB has a code of 0. I got another email from Bethesda saying I can redeem my bonus game (Doom64) and I launched their program on my PC and I downloaded the game!!! Bethesda apparently got the message from BB that I got BB's "official" confirmation to download DOOM Eternal but somehow forgot to give and ACTUAL USABLE CODE TO REDEEM!!!!
