  • Old hardware?

    The panels were packed well and arrived safely. DO NOT use a utility knife to get the bubble wrap off. I ended up scratching a handle trying to get it off. You need to use your old hardware to install the brackets that connect to the fridge!!! I have always been in the school of screws are a one time use. Samsung expects you to take the old screws out and install them in your new bracket. These are cheap screws to begin with but now you are reusing them. They did provide new screws for the handle. I just don't understand why they did not provide all new hardware. I mean for $1600 you think they could throw in a few more screws at least if not the mounting brackets too. It took me about an two hours to fully install new panels. I started doing everything by hand as to not strip screws. About half way through I switch to a drill. Good luck!

    I wasn’t sure about this color. In looked different in store then my kitchen. Ends up matching my backsplash perfect.
