I love the convenience of taking it on the go instead of the laptop. It is easy to use for the beginner. Easy access to free WiFi when in the public waiting for an appointment or in the car waiting for an activity to be done. I don't have a phone with internet so its great to check things more often during the day instead of sitting at the laptop. Kids can play a game on it instead of being disruptive in an appointment. Still new so love it so far but haven't quite gotten to all the features.

I bought 3 of these for the grandkids. Was pleasantly surprised that it had a great picture lots of apps and a front facing camera. With it being an off brand I didn't think it was going to be as good as it was. I wanted something that would last more than a few months, but would not break the bank if dropped. So far so good.

We got this for my kids and they love it! It is not as good as an ipad or tablet but very similar. Great deal

Bought this for my 21 yr old daughter for Christmas. She hasn't complained yet and uses it almost all day everyday.

A good tablet for beginners, surf internet and check e-mails

I was extremely satisfied with this product and had very minimal complaints with it. It was my first tablet and was extremely easy to use. After 4 months it has stopped working. It froze and after 2 hours I was finally able to get to settings and select Backup and Restore. After letting it rest overnight and starting setup as brand new for the last hour it won't let me get past selecting English as my language. It doesn't shut down or start up without freezing. So disappointing. Even if it lasted a year I would feel "okay" with it. Not worth repair fees to send back to manufacturer.

For anyone who is researching buying a tablet, I would advise them to steer clear of this one. I purchased one on March 17th of this year. It was great. It worked great for 100 days, which was just past the 90-day warranty for labor and then it died. After doing Google searches, I found that MANY people were having the same problem that I had with the tablet. I contacted tech service. Now at first they were very nice and gave me instructions on how to clear the problem. The "quick fix" did not work on my tablet. I was told that the only thing left for me to do is to return it to the company and PAY THEM $50 to fix it. So I can pay $50 for a tablet that I know already has issued or use the money on the purchase of a new one. Simple choice! PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE research this product and any problems with it before you buy. My next tablet purchase will be with another more reliable company.

I purchased 2 of these for my kids due to the Kindle Fire being sold out. Gave them for Christmas. Both tablets stopped working within a week. Returned for Kindle Fires. Rather frustrating. One tablet wouldn't charge and one kept locking up.

I bought it as a christmas present for my kid and it worked great for the first 4 months. Then it froze up after that and would not reboot. I don't feel it was worth my money to buy it.

Neither one have good visual quality. Taking back today!
