The final season was as good as the rest of the series. This set contained the entire season, with great quality picture and sound. The only ding is that the special features are rather sparse, although what is there is interesting.

This a beautifully, well crafted masterpiece. It has all the elements of a classic period film - the characters, the scenery,the costumes, the wonderfully interwoven stories,the history that make this one of the best series ever.

Though it had gone off track the last few seasons they pulled it all together for the series finale with a satisfying windup for all the plots and characters. And those unbelievable costumes ! And Maggie Smith !

I was glad I was able to buy this before it finished airing on PBS. This was an awesome show and the final season finished up nicely. I'd recommend it to anyone that enjoys shows in a historic British setting.

So sad to see that DA has come to a close, but not for me. I now have all 6 seasons on Blu Ray CD. I was so happy to find it at Best Buy!! Searched around and Best Buy had the best price!! Thanks Best Buy

I appreciated how the writers resolved the story lines in the final episode. The series was very well written and well acted. I have the entire series will watch it all the way through at least once a year.

This is the Final season for Downton Abbey and it is just Excellent. You cannot miss this Season if you are a Fan. The Characters are so endearing and the History is superb !!! Don't miss buying this !!!!

I was pleased that the series ended on a high note even though the 1929 Depression is not far off. It would have been even more interesting to see how things ended if they had faced the Depression!

It's great that Downton Abbey was able to end the series and then walk away feeling like you're losing family members, people who've made you laugh and cry and feel like you're part of them.

I love the entire series...I have purchased all of them and have watched them all. I am getting ready to re-watch the entire thing again...you never know what you missed the first time.

I have loved every minute of Downton Abbey! Now to own a blue ray dvd of one of my favorite programs is "the cherry on top"! Enjoyed every minute and will continue to do so in the future.

I never thought I'd even enjoy this series. Yet here I am, loving it and especially this final season. So many emotions. I want more, yet I'm glad they could end on their own terms.

I very much enjoyed the final season. I wish it would continue. They tied up most of the stories. I think I will have to start from the beginning and watch the whole series again.

Downton Abbey was beyond spectacular, in todays world of special effects this is finally a program that is well written and had incredible actors, can't praise this enough!!!

I have watched every season of Downton Abbey and this last, final season pulled it all together for a perfect ending. Sorry to see this series end. Lots of extras on this DVD.

This show is so addictive, and the final season definitely did not disappoint. So nice to see the story lines nicely tied up rather than just open like so many shows do now.

If you are a follower of Downton Abbey, you will NOT be disappointed in this final season, except, of course, we will miss the characters we have all come to love (or not)!

wonderful ending this needs no more words however i am being asked to review this movie from best buy and now i am told how many characters i have to use to describe it

I am sorry that this was the last season, it was a great series! I am going to miss it. This last series really wraps up all of the story lines, as I was glad to see.
