Classic movie in Blu Ray! Looks great with the right setup

This is the real true Christmas movie of the year!

Got this at a great price - cheaper than paying to stream it twice. This is great, since we'll watch it every year. Item was in good condition. The case is in good shape and holds the discs properly. The disc played well. My case did not say DVD or Digital Copy (only Blu-Ray), but the case did in fact have a DVD and an (expired several years ago) digital code. That was a nice bonus.

The Grinch is a staple of so many peoples’ childhoods that transcends time and is apart of so many generations. Seeing the upgraded picture and sound transfer on this blu ray, it completely rejuvenates the experience of watching the movie AND includes a ton of fun special features for all the adults who are revisiting this film when watching it with their kids to learn more about the process of making this animated movie and celebrating its legacy. I grew up with How the Grinch Stole Christmas and was beyond excited to share it with my 2 yr old niece as she’s now old enough to enjoy it and especially loved the song. That reward in and of itself makes this blu ray 1000% worth adding to the collection!!

This is the bluray fro the classic animated version of the Grinch. It's the best version of the Grinch and it amazes me how much the new films missed the mark. My daughter is now obsessed with this movie and has probably watched it 20 times already.

Best classic movie. I love how the songs sound really good on this blue ray copy. The picture looks so good my daughter wanted to get inside the movie. Best of all best movie of all times

I enjoyed watching this when I was a child, and loved watching it with my granddaughter. The theme is timeless, and the music iconic. Out of all the Grinch movies, this is my favorite!

You cannot get anything better than the original Grinch by Chuck Jones with Boris Karloff and that great singing by Thurl Ravenscroft. Forget the live action version and new computer animation. This is classic/ great quality. The extras are also worth watching and only add to the wonderment on how a classic comes to be. Blu-ray quality is exceptional. Highly recommended.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas is a must have Christmas movie, and this Ultimate Edition is the best version available of the 1966 classic. The video and sound quality are pristine. I watched it with my family and it was like seeing it for the first time! Included are two extra Grinch episodes. One with the Cat in the Hat, and the other is a Halloween story. This version also includes a code for digital HD redemption, which it an amazing value considering you get a Blu-ray disc, DVD, and digital.

Looking forward to watching this and keep it for the rest of my life. Nothing wrong with the two remakes, but you can’t beat the original.

Didn't realize this is the original version, just re-colored. Its great! It's a quick watch, and my kid loves it.

I got this movie for my son from his "elf on the shelf". Its a classic and a must have!

Love the classics and got to see some other Grinch movies from the era that I never saw before

Being able to purchase this movie at a decent price really helps with keeping the budget down.

This movie was a hoot. It was fun having Boris Karloff as the grinch. I liked it a lot.

This follows the book. It is a wonderful story. It has two other Grinch stories, one with the Cat in the Hat. The characters are drawn like they are in the book. It was shown on regular channels before. I would recommend it over the new film which does not follow the book at all.

A great Christmas tale! Colorful, great story, heartwarming. The Grinch is a classic story that should be a must-see, automatic buy for parents. In fact, it's one of those movies that every member of the family will definitely enjoy. A real treat and a treasure.
