This is a classic! I recently stumbled upon the Criterion Collection, and I'm so excited to now own this on Criterion. The packaging is really cool as well!

Simply a must-see. One of Kubrick's best and easily one of the best films of all-time. An epic, multi-character performance from Peter Sellers is reason enough, but the cast as a whole is great. A film of its time, but is still relevant today. Criterion has masterfully created the best version yet of this film on Blu-ray. I don't think you can get any better. If you love this film, this is a must-own.

Dr. Strangelove is by far one of the best films of its time. It has great pacing, wonderful acting and exceptional camera work. Its on the American Film Institutes top 100 films of all time. In instant classic! I must own and only on Criterion can you get a whole range of supplements/extra features.

Having been born in 1951, I have childhood memories of the fear and paranoia of the Atom bomb, the "commies", fall-out shelters and "duck and cover" classroom drills. So, this movie really provides a great satire on the craziness of those times. Kubrick did a great job on this film. Hadn't seen it in many years, so I was glad to purchase this remastered BluRay.

Only Kubrick could make a black comedy about nuclear armageddon. I had a good Sony version, but the Criterions extras, including an English/Russian dictionary and Bible (really film credits) was just too good.

Waited a long time waiting to be able to get this on blu ray

One of my favorite black comedies. When I saw the Criterion edition, I just had to have it.

criterion edition is the gold standard for all AFI-level movies, and this Blu-ray is no exception. Even comes with tiny Bible and Russian Phrases for a heckuva weekend in Vegas.
