You cannot go wrong with the universal classics .Lugosi is perhaps my favorite Dracula even have the Abbet and Costello classic .

Love the universal monsters and who better to start off your collection with then the one who started it all Dracula.

Take a trip back to the days before vampires were considered "cool" or "sexy," when they were actually part of the horror genre instead of teen romance. Bela Lugosi IS Dracula, and provides powerful performances again and again. If you're looking for good, classic horror films, you can't go wrong with this set!

Man I thought that I'll never see this again! Bella Lugosi is my all time favorite Dracula. The man can just flat out act. The son of Dracula was also good and Frankenstein was exceptional. I hope they never colorized any of these. I believe that these movies were all made between 1931 & 1939 during the golden age of cinema.

Well, art is art, isn't it? Still, on the other hand, water is water! And east is east and west is west and if you take cranberries and stew them like applesauce they taste much more like prunes than rhubarb does. Now, uh... now you tell me what you know.

Watching some of these old movies brought back memories of watching them on our family black and white TV especially the Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein. When your a child this seemed scary to me.

Great compilation of films.Blood and gore mongers will be disappointed because this set goes back to the origins of today's horror films when they were classy.

This dvd set includes 7 films and really is a bang for your buck! The quality is also very clear for films made in the 30's. Happy to make this purchase.
