Great storyline, gameplay, and customization. The game has enough side quests to last you for quite some time. The main storyline is also considerably lengthy and can last a while if you want it to.

Long wait time and dead links

Took forever to receive the download link. And it ended up being a dead link which lead to having to register the key code with EA and downloading from them as an alternate solution. This has happened on two back to back occasions. The game itself is a great game. Better off buying from EA.
