      Did not receive code for early access to character as promised. Only received code for snes game download.

      The description said the preorder would come with two characters, unfortunately, this was not the case. I'm hoping Best Buy makes right with their pre-order.

      I only got the SNES game with the preorder so also got only half of the preorder bonus
