    I PURCHASED THIS DIGITAL GAME TODAY, SPENT OVER 8 HOURS TRYING TO DOWNLOAD IT WITH TECH SUPPORT. BEST BUY MESSAGE STATES IT'S READY FOR DOWNLOAD IN THE DIGITAL LIBRARY, BUT IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD. WE TRIED STEAM,, AND A NEW INSTALL MANAGER. NOTHING WORKS, AND WE ARE OUT LOTS OF MONEY, BECAUSE THERE IS NO REFUND ON DIGITAL GAMES. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER DIGITAL GAME FROM BEST BUY, OR ANYONE ELSE FOR THAT MATTER.
