I bought this with Dark Souls 3, knowing is want some light-hearted breaks from dying over and over. This game is a great change-of-pace. It's colorful palette, fun enemies, and cartoonish protagonists scream Wii U, so it's nice to have this type of game on PS4. As a veteran of the Dynasty Warriors games, I am happy to say that this isn't just a cut-and-paste, either. There's enough differences here to keep things fresh for Warriors vets. If you've enjoyed Hyrule Warriors, or any of the Warriors franchise games on the PlayStation consoles, you're sure to have fun with this game.

If you have played previous Dragon Quest games, this one is definitely one to buy. Great game to play.

This is a great game for either dragon quest fans or fans of koei temco's dynasty warriors series.

This game became infamous because of all the restrictions the publishers put on it for live streaming it. You can't stream its music and some portions of the game either. Outside of the streaming world, the game is charming and mindless hack and slash fun.

It's a nice game to include in a great series! Fun to play!

I knew that this wasn't a traditional Dragon Quest RPG title but I am a fan of the Dynasty Warriors games and this looked like a similar title. I was right and got what I was looking for, with a little more (and much welcomed) story line included!

Fun game it's dynasty warriors with a dragon quest theme I like that you can switch between characters during the missions great and the loot is great

Great game, don't even have to play the other dragon quest game to understand the story.

Dragon Quest hero's is a very relaxed, and fun action adventure game. Would recommend!

It's pretty standard for the type of game it is. In general it's enjoyable and a good break from serious games and broken multiplayer experiences every game feels the need to include. I would recommend to people who enjoy the genre.

This is a great game. The graphics remind me of the older PS 1 final fantasy games

JRPG Elements from DQ games mixed with Dynasty Warriors gameplay. Can't go wrong.

Played many KOEI games, not all are good. Grew up on the Dragon Warrior/Quest series, and if you're a fan of both, this is a great purchase. It is fun, the upgrade system is nifty, and the story&graphics are colorful and animated.

Love every game in the Dragon Quest series and this is no exception!
