Other than character sprites that sometimes move a little strangely, this is truly an example of how a good remake for a game should be done. The fundamentals of why this game is a classic are all here, but with improvements and options that all make sense and ultimately enhance the game. DQ III is also on its own an excellent classic JRPG with great characters, a fun party system, and a nice degree of challenge.

With the recent update and 1&2 coming out later this year getting this game just makes sense sure it’s a little tough but with a little bit of practice and grinding with the preferred teammates in your party it’s a breeze!

A fun new version of a classic game can't wait for 1&2 remakes

This was one of my first RPGs. It changed my life forever. I’m now a big fan of JRPS because of this game. Took 120hrs to beat the postgame and I highly recommend this experience for others.
